Brookhaven Monster House is the premium Halloween 2026 property included in the Monster Bundle, alongside the Frankenmobile vehicle. The official Roblox bundle description confirms face controls for the house and a secret brain room. Unlike the free Trick-or-Treat House from the Candy Corn hunt, these features belong to a paid product.
Anyone considering the Brookhaven Monster House should check the store before spending Robux. The bundle has been advertised at 399 Robux; confirm the live store price before purchasing. Here’s what is verified, how the two Halloween houses differ and what to expect from the Frankenmobile.
Brookhaven Monster House bundle contents and price
The official Roblox product listing describes the Monster House with a controllable face, a secret brain room, and the Frankenmobile. Those are the named bundle features. The paid product is separate from the Candy Hunt Prizes panel, where players earn a Candy Cruiser at 25 Candy Corn and the free Trick-or-Treat House at 50. The Halloween event adds both free and premium items, but buying one does not count as finishing the other. Check the current price shown in the in-game store before purchasing.
How to buy and place the Brookhaven Monster House
Look for the Monster Bundle in Brookhaven’s game store and confirm the displayed contents and price before buying. After buying the bundle, open Houses on the right and choose a Vacant residential plot. Claim it and select the Monster House in the house picker. If you already own a plot, leave it first; only one plot can be occupied at a time, and there’s a cooldown when switching. The public product description doesn’t identify a special outside quest, Candy Corn requirement or unique placement code. This is not the free haunted house at the 50-piece milestone. If you only want a themed home without a Robux transaction, pursuing the 50-piece reward is the direct alternative.
Brookhaven Monster House face controls and secret brain room
The strongest official description of the Brookhaven Monster House says you can control its face and access a secret brain room. That verifies the existence of those features, but it doesn’t state precisely which buttons move each facial feature or give a room-by-room walkthrough. Once your house is placed, explore its entrance and interior for interactive controls. The face is controllable, and there is a secret brain room. The official bundle description does not provide a button-by-button walkthrough, so it would be misleading to claim a verified keypad code or secret door sequence. The secret brain room is a bundle-house feature, not a vault reward from the town’s Candy Corn hunt.
Brookhaven Monster House and Frankenmobile: how to use both
Brookhaven Monster House buyers also receive the Frankenmobile. Open the vehicle menu on the right to find the Frankenmobile and spawn the vehicle next to your character. Players looking for an earned car should instead collect 25 Candy Corn to unlock the Candy Cruiser. Since both vehicles were promoted during the same Halloween event, some community summaries mix them together. Keep the unlock methods separate: Frankenmobile through Monster Bundle, Candy Cruiser through the free hunt. The official listing does not describe unusual speed or performance bonuses.
Using the bundle for Halloween roleplay
The bundle’s main appeal is a matching monster-themed house and vehicle for Halloween scenes. The controllable house face can make an entrance more expressive, while the secret brain room gives players somewhere to explore or reveal during a roleplay. You can combine the setup with free seasonal props earned at other Candy Corn milestones: the Monster Doormat at ten, the Skeleton Arch at forty and the Skull Lamppost at forty-five. Those collectibles belong to the event reward track; they are not part of the Monster Bundle price.
Availability and whether it is worth buying
The Halloween event featuring the Brookhaven Monster House runs through November 6, 2026, at 17:44 UTC. However, that event end time does not by itself prove the Monster Bundle will stop being sold at precisely the same minute, or that previous purchasers lose access when the season ends. Check the actual store sale status. Brookhaven Monster House is most appealing if you specifically want the interactive premium property and matching vehicle. For players mainly interested in free rewards, the 25-piece Candy Cruiser and 50-piece Trick-or-Treat House offer a no-purchase route.
If you prefer to earn Halloween items without buying the Monster Bundle, the all 60 Candy Corn locations guide covers the free vehicle and house milestones. The fast collection route, bank vault walkthrough and rooftop locations will help. See the Free Villa and Spa Update for other houses.
