Brookhaven Spa Update launched on October 16, 2026, adding a wellness-themed estate, a new free house, seven decorating props and a Smoothie Tumbler tool. Brookhaven’s developer Voldex has now revealed exactly what is inside the new estate: an underground grotto, indoor pool, sauna and record player.
The free house is a separate option, not a smaller room inside the estate. It is an open-plan bungalow with indoor and outdoor yoga mats. Here’s how to try the new building and everything that arrived in the live wellness update.
What’s new in the Brookhaven Spa Update?
The Brookhaven Spa Update is called the Wellness Update on the official Brookhaven website and Welcome to the Spa on Roblox. It introduces two different house designs, seven props and one tool. Nothing in the developer’s announcement describes a timed quest or reward currency you must collect to access the free bungalow.
| New feature | Confirmed details |
|---|---|
| Wellness Estate | Underground grotto, indoor pool, sauna, record player |
| Free House | Open-plan bungalow with yoga mats indoors and outdoors |
| Props | Seven new wellness decorations and objects |
| Tool | Smoothie Tumbler |
How to get the new free house
Join Brookhaven on an updated Roblox server, select an available house plot and open the house catalogue. The new wellness bungalow belongs to the free houses. Select the wellness bungalow to place it on your plot. The Brookhaven Spa Update doesn’t require you to buy the separate estate just to use this bungalow.
The house has an open living area, with yoga mats both inside and outside. Voldex hasn’t published the exact menu thumbnail position or catalogue slot number. If the new house doesn’t appear on an older server, rejoin Brookhaven and check the current housing selection again.
How to get the new spa estate
The estate is the larger addition in the Brookhaven Spa Update. Its underground grotto is a separate lower-level space, while the indoor pool and sauna give the house a complete spa setting. There is also a Brookhaven record player, making it useful for relaxed roleplay with friends.
Voldex hasn’t published a separate estate price or any changes to estate plot permissions. Check your estate housing options to see whether your account has the necessary access. Only the matching bungalow is explicitly described as free.
All seven new wellness props
The Brookhaven Spa Update comes with seven named props for decorating a spa, home or garden. The additions suit a smoothie bar, meditation corner or outdoor lounge.
| Prop name | Roleplay idea |
|---|---|
| Sauna Stones | Set up a sauna |
| Smoothie Blender | Make a drink station |
| Singing Bowl | Add a meditation area |
| Water Dispenser | Stock a refreshment station |
| California Palm | Decorate a tropical garden |
| Rattan Papasan Chair | Arrange lounge seating |
| Wooden Peg Sign | Label a spa room |
These names come directly from Voldex’s announcement. They aren’t a list of hidden locations to visit around the town, and there’s no published mission sequence to unlock each prop. Browse the prop categories from your home’s decorating tools to find the additions.
What is the Smoothie Tumbler tool?
Alongside the seven props, the Brookhaven Spa Update adds a Smoothie Tumbler to the tools collection. It is different from the Smoothie Blender prop, which can be placed as part of a spa counter. Use the tumbler as a handheld drink accessory for roleplay.
Voldex doesn’t announce a crafting recipe, limited-time reward cost or character-stat bonus for the tumbler. The published update simply lists it as a new wellness tool.
When does the Brookhaven Spa Update end?
The Welcome to the Spa event listing runs from October 16 to October 22, 2026. Halloween is the next advertised Brookhaven event, beginning October 23. Voldex hasn’t announced that the houses or props disappear when the Roblox event listing ends.
If you want to experience the additions now, start with the free bungalow and its yoga area. The estate offers a larger spa setup if your account can access an estate plot. You can also try the new props in existing homes without changing to either new building.
