If you’ve got Sprites stuck at Level 3 or you’ve been running low on Dust for Loot Hacks, today is a good time to play. The extra progression applies during ordinary Battle Royale matches, so you can work through your usual matches while bringing a Sprite closer to mastery.

How to get double Sprite XP
Bring a Sprite you still want to master into a match, or find one and equip it. Search Chests and other containers, complete relevant actions and keep the Sprite with you while earning XP. Progress is doubled during the Monday event, helping you reach Level 5 sooner.

How to get double Sprite Dust
Fortnite Mastery Monday doubles Sprite Dust awarded for successfully extracting Sprites. Find one during Battle Royale, carry it to an active Extraction Site and finish the extraction. If you’ve got a Portable Extractor available, use it to secure the Sprite without travelling to a fixed site.

Are Legendary and Mythic Sprites easier to find?
Yes. The recurring Mastery Monday bonuses increase the appearance rate of Legendary and Mythic Sprites. Search Sprite Chests and Sprite Vaults when you can reach them safely. The rarer types still rely on luck, so spend time checking several loot opportunities instead of expecting a specific Mythic on the first try.

How to get more Portable Extractors
Check the Daily Quests panel. Epic’s Mastery Monday description includes additional Portable Extractors as daily quest rewards, giving you a way to extract a Sprite without needing to cross the map to an Extraction Site. The exact quest names can change, so use the tasks visible in your game today.
Does Fortnite Mastery Monday give a free skin?
There isn’t a separate October 12 skin or back bling listed as an automatic login reward. The event helps you earn Sprite Mastery progress and Dust, which can contribute towards longer-running mastery rewards.
