The WARDOGS Season 2 weapons update changes both the guns you can unlock and where several older favourites sit in progression. Four new weapons have arrived, but the M4, MP5, Vityaz, BMR-308, PKM and M249 have moved too.
The WARDOGS Season 2 weapons added in the update are the TCX-SPR, PP-19 Bizon, M14 and Evo-3 Ultra. Each belongs to a different infantry role, so the changes make more sense when you look at Assault, Medic, Recon and Support separately.
WARDOGS Season 2 weapons by role

| Role | New weapon | Unlock | Older weapon changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assault | TCX-SPR | Level 20 | M4 moves to level 28 |
| Medic | PP-19 Bizon | Available by default | MP5 level 4, Vityaz level 15, AMP-9 level 20 |
| Recon | M14 | Level 25 | BMR-308 moves to level 20 |
| Support | Evo-3 Ultra | Level 30 | PKM level 15, M249 level 20 |
Assault gets the TCX-SPR and a later M4
Assault gets one of the biggest progression changes among the WARDOGS Season 2 weapons. The TCX-SPR now unlocks at level 20, taking over the old M4 slot, while the M4 has moved to level 28.
The TCX-SPR uses 7.62x39mm, carries 28 rounds and costs $3,200 after its permanent unlock. Season 2 also cuts the base damage of 7.62x39mm by 19%, so older damage expectations for that calibre no longer carry straight across into the new season.
Assault also gains the Molotov Cocktail at level 13, while C4 has moved into the role. The result is a track with more options for attacking positions before you even reach the new rifle.
Medic starts with the PP-19 Bizon
Medic gets the easiest access to one of the new WARDOGS Season 2 weapons. The PP-19 Bizon is available by default and costs $1,000, with a 53-round magazine that gives it far more capacity than a standard 30-round SMG setup.
The rest of the Medic track now opens around it. The MP5 unlocks at level 4, the PP-19 Vityaz at level 15 and the AMP-9 at level 20. That gives Medic a clear early choice: stick with the cheap, high-capacity Bizon or move toward the faster-firing SMGs as more of the role opens up.
Recon gets the M14 after the BMR-308
The M14 joins Recon at level 25, five levels after the BMR-308. It uses .308 Winchester, starts with a 10-round magazine and costs $7,400 after the $100,000 permanent unlock.
Season 2 reduces .308 Winchester base damage by 25%, and the DMR hit-location values have been adjusted at the same time. That makes old marksman-rifle comparisons less useful than they were before the update, especially if they were built around Season 1 damage numbers.
The M14 also gets a long attachment path through Recon progression, including the Leatherwood ART II, bipod, 20-round and 30-round magazines, a muzzle brake and a flash hider.

Support progression now runs PKM to M249 to Evo-3 Ultra
Support reaches the PKM at level 15, the M249 at level 20 and the Evo-3 Ultra at level 30. That means the new LMG is a late-track option rather than a replacement for either of the existing guns.
The Evo-3 Ultra uses .308 Winchester, weighs 6.3 kg and carries a 50-round box. It is lighter than the 7.5 kg PKM and M249, but it also costs more to replace at $7,250. Its dedicated Evolys Bipod unlocks at Support level 33, with the SL7i-BL Suppressor following at level 40.
WARDOGS Season 2 weapons damage changes
The WARDOGS Season 2 weapons update changes more than progression. Two of the important calibre adjustments are a 19% base-damage reduction for 7.62x39mm and a 25% reduction for .308 Winchester.
BULKHEAD has also adjusted body multipliers across weapon classes. Assault-rifle torso damage is more consistent between upper, middle and lower body hits, while LMG multipliers have been brought closer to assault-rifle values. That is why a Season 1 tier list should not be treated as a clean answer for Season 2.
Which WARDOGS Season 2 weapons fit each role?
Assault gets the TCX-SPR at level 20, before the M4 returns at level 28. Medic can use the Bizon straight away and then decide whether the MP5 or Vityaz is a better fit once those faster-firing options unlock.
Recon gets the BMR-308 first and the M14 five levels later, so the M14 is more of a second marksman option than a starting point. Support works the same way: the PKM and M249 are already available before the Evo-3 Ultra arrives at level 30.
There is no single ranking that works for every role. The WARDOGS Season 2 weapons land at different points in progression, so the better choice is usually the gun that fits the class you are already levelling.
