The WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon is the new starting Medic SMG in Season 2. It costs $1,000, needs no unlock fee and comes with a 53-round helical magazine, so you can use it from your very first Medic life.
It fires 9x19mm ammunition at 700 RPM. The MP5 and PP-19 Vityaz fire faster, but the Bizon gives you far more rounds before the next reload, which makes it especially comfortable around revives, buildings and busy Control Zone fights.
How to get the WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon

You can buy the WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon immediately from the Primary weapon vendor. There is no Medic level requirement and no one-time unlock fee. A fresh weapon costs $1,000, while the PP-19 Bizon 53 RND Magazine costs $200.
Season 2 made the Bizon the default Medic SMG. The MP5 now unlocks at Medic level 4, the PP-19 Vityaz at level 15 and the AMP-9 at level 20, so none of those weapons needs to be unlocked before you can start using the Bizon.

WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon attachments
The WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon has three attachment slots: optic, magazine and muzzle. Its 53-round magazine is the only magazine option, so most of the customisation comes from choosing a sight and muzzle device that fit the way you use the gun.
The Dual Port Brake is a good pick if you want to calm the recoil, reducing vertical and horizontal movement while tightening spread. The Eclipse Flash Hider suits a quicker close-range setup, while the SG Multi-Caliber Suppressor trades a little ADS speed for better recoil and spread control.
For sights, a reflex optic keeps the gun quick and uncluttered at close range. The Kobra Reflex, Compact P-1 Red Dot, Compact T-2 Red Dot and Holographic Sight all fit the Bizon. A 2.5x Combat Optic is compatible too, although the weapon’s 200 m effective range still makes it much more at home in shorter fights.
How the 53-round magazine changes the Bizon
The 53-round magazine gives the Bizon roughly 4.5 seconds of continuous fire at 700 RPM before it runs empty. You rarely need to hold the trigger for that long, but the extra capacity gives you much more room to deal with a second player or finish a fight before stopping to reload.
Shorter bursts are still useful once the target moves further away. The Bizon’s 380 m/s muzzle velocity and 200 m effective range tell you where the gun belongs: close and medium-distance fights, not long-range rifle work.
Is the WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon worth using?
Yes, especially early in the Medic track. The WARDOGS PP-19 Bizon costs only $1,000, needs no unlock fee and is cheap enough to keep replacing after deaths without eating heavily into your cash.
The PP-19 Vityaz and MP5 fire faster, so you may prefer one of them once more of the Medic track is open. The Bizon remains a good choice when you care more about capacity and cost than raw fire rate, particularly in fights where reloading at the wrong moment can get you killed.
