NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive is a new City Tycoon feature added in Version 1.4 that lets players donate specified items to increase Fons accumulation progress directly. It gives City Tycoon players an active way to push progression instead of relying only on the normal passive Fons loop.
The live NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive system is especially useful while working through the new Puka Membership Program because that progression is tied to earning Fons and raising Sweetdream Level. Version 1.4 also increases the normal City Tycoon Fons accumulation speed, so both changes work toward faster Tycoon progress.
How NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive works

- Update NTE to Version 1.4.
- Open City Tycoon and enter the new Sweetdream Charity Drive feature.
- Check which donation item the current charity request accepts.
- Obtain or purchase the required donation item.
- Donate it through the Charity Drive interface.
- Watch the donated value increase your Fons accumulation progress.
Perfect World describes the system as donating specified items to directly boost Fons progress. That makes the active donation request important, because the Charity Drive is not simply a button that converts every random inventory item into Tycoon progress.
NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive: Candy Boxes and Fons progress
The live Version 1.4 menu currently offers Candy Boxes for the Charity Drive at Fons x100,000 each, with a donated Candy Box contributing the same amount toward the relevant Fons progression. That gives players a simple way to convert available Fons into progress when the donation route is preferable to waiting on passive income.
Check the live donation screen before buying several boxes at once. A City Tycoon system can change request availability or limits, so the current client should be treated as the final source for how many donations you can make.
Why NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive matters for Puka Membership
The new Puka Membership Program asks players to complete its quest series and raise Sweetdream Level. Rewards include Puka Boot Camp, Drone Follow-Cam, several outfits, S-Class selection boxes, Moonless Night and Grand Prize accessories, the Cha-Ching! frame, Fons Legend namecard and more.
Because the program is built around City Tycoon progress, anything that pushes Fons accumulation more quickly helps you move toward those Sweetdream Level unlocks. NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive is therefore directly connected to some of Version 1.4’s biggest account rewards.
Does donating spend the item permanently?
Yes. Treat a Charity Drive donation as a contribution, not a temporary loan. Do not hand over a specified item if you still need that copy for another system, especially when the item can be used or sold elsewhere.
For purchasable Candy Boxes, the trade-off is easier to judge because the cost and Fons progress are visible. For other requested items, compare the value of keeping the item with the Tycoon progress you gain.
Other ways to increase City Tycoon Fons progress
Version 1.4 also raises the Fons accumulation speed of the original City Tycoon Program. Existing activities that generate Fons therefore remain useful and now sit alongside the Charity Drive instead of being replaced by it.
Hethereau Hobbies are one established route for spending City Stamina and earning Fons, while City Tycoon businesses and other progression systems contribute to the wider economy. The new donation feature is an extra accelerator rather than the only source.
NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive not showing
First confirm Version 1.4 has fully installed. The feature was added with the September 30 update and is part of the City Tycoon expansion.
If the updated client is running but you cannot access the wider Puka Membership content, continue your City Tycoon progression and quest series. The new membership program itself has progression requirements, so not every fresh account will have every 1.4 Tycoon feature exposed at the same moment.
Best way to use the Charity Drive
Use donations when the requested item is cheap or replaceable and the added Fons progress pushes you toward a useful Sweetdream Level reward. Avoid draining valuable materials simply to move a progress bar a little faster.
For the current Candy Box route, the 100,000 Fons purchase gives a clear one-to-one progress value. NTE Sweetdream Charity Drive becomes much easier to plan when you compare that cost with the next Puka Membership reward you are actually trying to reach.
Perfect World confirms the new donation feature and faster City Tycoon accumulation in the official Version 1.4 patch notes.
