How to Get Into Vault 79 in Fallout 76 starts with this route: progress the Wastelanders main quest until your chosen faction prepares the Vault 79 raid, then use the quest-provided access to the Mysterious Cave and Vault. The fastest way through is to satisfy the prerequisite first and then follow the objective that actually unlocks the system, reward or destination.
The raid path comes through either All That Glitters with the Settlers or Buried Treasure with the Raiders. A lot of old Fallout 76 advice is technically related but no longer the quickest route, so this guide starts with the current practical answer and then covers the alternatives.

Prepare before the final step
For combat-heavy objectives, repair gear and clear carry weight before entering the instance. For vendor or collection objectives, make sure the needed currency or badges are actually on the character. Those small checks make How to Get Into Vault 79 in Fallout 76 far smoother.
