The Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup gives players a chance to unlock the new Weezy Outfit and Weezy Board Back Bling before simply heading to the Item Shop. The Lil Wayne-themed tournament takes place on September 12, 2026, with separate Battle Royale and Zero Build competitions available.
There is also a much easier reward to grab. Players who score just eight points can earn the YM Emoticon, meaning you do not need to finish anywhere near the top of the leaderboard to come away with something.
Here is what you need to know about the Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup, including the schedule, format, rewards and regional placement requirements.
FNCS Solos Tournament 2026

When Is the Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup?
The Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Epic Games is running two separate Solo sessions: one for traditional Battle Royale and another for Zero Build. Each session lasts approximately three hours, and players can compete in a maximum of 11 matches during a session.
Exact session times can vary depending on your matchmaking region, so Epic recommends checking the Compete tab in Fortnite for the final start and end times in your region.
You do not need to find a teammate for this one. The Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup is entirely Solo, making it considerably easier to jump into than a Duos event if your regular partner has mysteriously disappeared the second there is free stuff on the line.

Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup Rewards
There are three confirmed Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup rewards:
| Reward | Requirement |
|---|---|
| YM Emoticon | Earn 8 points |
| Weezy Outfit | Reach your region’s placement threshold |
| Weezy Board Back Bling | Reach your region’s placement threshold |
The YM Emoticon is comfortably the most accessible reward. Epic’s official rules state that players in every supported region can earn it by reaching eight points.
Getting the Weezy Outfit and Weezy Board Back Bling is considerably tougher because those rewards are reserved for the highest-placing players.
How High Do You Need to Place?
The number of players receiving the Weezy Outfit and Weezy Board Back Bling differs by region.
| Region | Required Placement |
|---|---|
| Europe | Top 1,000 |
| North America Central | Top 700 |
| North America West | Top 200 |
| Brazil | Top 200 |
| Asia | Top 100 |
| Middle East | Top 100 |
| Oceania | Top 100 |
These thresholds apply to both the Battle Royale and Zero Build versions of the Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup.
That gives Zero Build players a completely separate route to the cosmetics rather than forcing everyone onto the same Battle Royale leaderboard.
How to Enter the Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup
The Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup will appear through Fortnite’s competitive system. Open the Compete tab, find the Weezy Icon Cup for your region and choose the Battle Royale or Zero Build version you want to play.
Epic states that competitors must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required in their country of residence, and must have multi-factor authentication enabled on their Epic account.
Players also need to accept the applicable competitive rules before participating.
It is worth checking your eligibility before the session begins rather than discovering a problem when the three-hour window is already ticking away.
How Does the Weezy Icon Cup Work?
Both versions use Solo settings. Each Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup session lasts approximately three hours, with a maximum of 11 matches available per player.
Points are awarded according to the scoring system displayed in-game, with your final position on the regional leaderboard determining whether you qualify for the Outfit and Back Bling.
If two players finish on the same number of points, Epic’s tiebreakers begin with total Victory Royales, followed by average eliminations, average placement and finally total time survived.
The good news is that you do not need to trouble the top of the leaderboard for the first cosmetic. Eight points is enough for the YM Emoticon, giving casual players a very achievable reason to enter the Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup even if winning the Weezy Outfit looks like a stretch.
The Fortnite Weezy Icon Cup takes place September 12, so make sure your account is eligible and check the in-game Compete tab for the final session time in your region.
