Pokémon Champions Regulation M-C best team searches deserve actual teams, not a lecture about team building. Regulation M-C is still new, so the examples below are labelled honestly: some come directly from current community teams and others are early testing shells built around the same live M-C ideas. Use them as starting sixes, then change one slot at a time after real matches show you what the roster is missing.

Regulation M-C began on September 9 and runs until December 2, 2026. Pokémon legal in earlier regulations remain eligible, while the update adds 24 newly available Pokémon and six new Mega Evolutions. That makes early team examples useful, but it is too soon to pretend one settled best six exists for every archetype.

3. Mega Lucario Z support shell

Mega Lucario ZPrimary Mega attacker
GrimmsnarlScreens support
SinistchaSupport / redirection / healing
AerodactylFast speed-control support
HydreigonSpecial attacker
RillaboomSupport attacker / terrain pressure

This is an early community suggestion rather than a solved ladder team. The idea is to support Mega Lucario Z with screens, healing/redirection, speed control and partners that cover difficult Fire- and Psychic-oriented matchups.

Which Regulation M-C team should you try first?

Do not lock yourself into one lead. Start by testing the Salamence balance six if you want the least specialised option, the Golisopod shell if you like rain or slower board states, and the Lucario Z shell if you prefer a more obvious support-the-Mega plan.

For Doubles, do not assume the same four should come to every match. Pick the mode that attacks the opponent’s weakest point and keep a second mode available. For Singles, make sure the six offers at least two believable groups of three rather than disguising one fixed trio as a full roster.

The easiest way to improve this Pokémon Champions Regulation M-C best team is to play several games before editing it. If one matchup keeps beating you, replace the slot that contributes least to that matchup. Constantly changing the team after one loss makes it almost impossible to tell whether the problem is the roster or simply unfamiliar play.

Rillaboom, Mega Salamence, Mega Golisopod and Mega Baxcalibur are especially useful early M-C targets because they are headline additions and are already generating active team-building discussion. That does not automatically make them the four best Pokémon in the format; it makes them sensible places to start if you want a current team rather than an M-B rerun.

Regulation M-C FAQ

Are these proven tournament teams? No. Regulation M-C is still extremely new. Where a six comes from a current community build, the guide says so; where it is a testing shell, it is labelled as one instead of pretending the meta is solved.

When does Regulation M-C end? Regulation M-C is scheduled to run until December 2, 2026.

Can older legal Pokémon still be used? Yes. Pokémon that were legal in earlier Pokémon Champions regulations remain eligible in M-C.
