Ninja’s Fortnite skin set to return next week

Ninja became the first Fortnite creator to receive an Icon Series skin, and rightly so. Especially in the early days, when you thought of Fortnite you thought of Ninja too.

Since then, many other creators have been immortalized in the game including Lazarbeam, Lachlan, Loserfruit, Bugha, and Grefg.

It has been discovered that one of the commands in Ninja’s Twitch chat !skin reveals the date that his Icon Series Fortnite skin will be returning to the game.

Currently, the command reads,

“The Ninja skin returns to Fortnite on April 11th. If you missed out before, this will be your time to grab it!”

It would seem odd for this to be the command text if it wasn’t returning the store. Looking back at times it has previously been in the Item Shop, the last time it was available to purchase was August 1st, 2021, and it has never been available on April 11th before, which means it isn’t an old command that his team forgot to update.

Many fans have speculated as to whether this will be the date that the Chica Icon Series skin will come to the game, as quite often other Icon Series skins return at the same time.
