Where to find Eevee
Received for free from Bebe in Hearthome City after obtaining the National Dex. Otherwise, they can be found in the Trophy Garden if Mr. Backlot mentions them.
How to evolve Eevee
Eevee can evolve into 7 different Pokemon in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Thunder, Water, and Fire Stones allow Eevee to evolve into Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon respectively. Leveling up with high friendship during the day or night causes evolution into Espeon and Umbreon respectively. Lastly, leveling Eevee up near the Moss or Ice Rock evolves it into Leafeon and Glaceon respectively.
