Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites are expanding again for Fortnitemares with two newly revealed Halloween designs: Pumpkin Sprite and Vampire Sprite. Epic has shown both ahead of the October 1 update, giving collectors another family of entries to prepare for after the recent Birthday and Morgana additions.

The designs are confirmed, but their final gameplay details are not. Current leaks describe headshot protection for Pumpkin Sprite and siphon for Vampire Sprite, while Epic has not yet published the full ability text, rarity, variant list or acquisition routes.

The two Halloween additions are the next confirmed expansion to the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites collection. Fortnite’s in-game schedule also indicates new Sprites are coming Thursday, matching the October 1 Fortnitemares launch.

Pumpkin Sprite

Pumpkin Sprite uses a jack-o-lantern design. Datamining says its ability may build a protective pumpkin head that reduces or blocks headshot damage, but the exact live mechanic has not been confirmed.

Vampire Sprite

Vampire Sprite appears to be the offensive sustain option. Leaks point to siphon based on damage dealt and scaling with Sprite level, potentially reaching a 50 percent effect at max level. Treat that figure as provisional until the update can be tested.

How Many New Variants Are Coming?

Epic has not yet confirmed variant families for these new Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites. Gold, Cheat Master, Loot Hacker and Bounty Hunter are established Season 4 forms, but it would be wrong to assume Pumpkin and Vampire automatically launch with every one.

If the tracker gains extra forms on October 1, they should be added individually and their methods checked rather than copied from the base Sprite.

How to Prepare the Sprite Tracker

Make sure the existing collection is marked accurately before the update. Keeping Birthday, Morgana and the older base families clean makes it much easier to see exactly which Fortnitemares entries are genuinely new once the tracker expands.

Portable Extractors are also worth saving. If the Halloween Sprites enter normal Chests or Cheat Codes, successful extraction will still matter for permanent collection progress.

What We Need to Verify on October 1

The live update needs to settle four things for the new Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites: rarity, exact ability text, spawn sources and variant structure. Those facts are more important for a collector than repeating pre-release guesses about a guaranteed location that may not exist.

Why the Fortnitemares Additions Matter for Collectors

Pumpkin and Vampire arrive late enough in the season that many collectors will already have a large percentage of Override completed. That makes each new family more noticeable, but it also means any extra variants can push the tracker up quickly if Epic adds multiple forms at once.

The October 1 release introduced more Sprite forms, including new base characters and additional variants. Verify the two base Sprites first, then add Gold, Cheat Master, Loot Hacker or Bounty Hunter entries only if they actually appear in the live collection data.

Do Not Assume Old Spawn Advice Still Works

Fortnitemares can change the island, Chest weighting and event loot. A route that was efficient for Birthday or Morgana may not be the best place to hunt the Halloween Sprites. The first live guide should be based on repeated October 1 testing, especially if Epic introduces event-specific Chests, POIs or bosses.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites have become one of the season’s strongest long-running collection systems. Pumpkin and Vampire give the October 1 update another reason to revisit the tracker even before the rest of the Fortnitemares gameplay is known.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites after the Halloween update

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites will need another full tracker count once Pumpkin and Vampire are live. The total should come from the actual collection screen, not from adding rumored variants to the current number before Epic enables them. Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Sprites should only be counted as released once the live collection confirms they are obtainable.
