Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound: How to Join, Moonflesh and All Rewards

Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound

Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound runs from October 15 to November 17, 2026, with the community heading to Eris to collect Moonflesh for Praghasa. This is a one-off Operation with no rerun planned, and its shop mixes new cosmetics with a Legendary Core, Tauforged Archon Shards, Arcanes and older event rewards.

The entry requirement is unusually light: finish Vor’s Prize and you can take part. Eris opens temporarily for the Operation even if your normal Star Chart route has not reached it yet.

How to start Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound

Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound
Epoch Operation: Taubound is a one-time community event preparing Praghasa for the journey to Tau.

Once Vor’s Prize is done, head to Eris while Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound is active. Digital Extremes has lifted the usual Junction and Star Chart restrictions for the event, so you can reach the relevant missions without permanently unlocking Eris first.

Run those missions for Moonflesh, then trade it to Praghasa. Visiting her also triggers the Operation’s daily narrative messages, which are separate from the Tau Prologue sitting in the Codex.

How to get Moonflesh in Taubound

Regular Eris missions give fixed amounts of Moonflesh. Infested enemies on Eris can also drop extra Moonflesh when killed, and rotating Tactical Alerts provide another way to increase your total.

That gives Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound three Moonflesh sources working together: the mission completion reward, occasional Infested drops during the mission and the extra rewards attached to the rotating Tactical Alerts.

Praghasa’s shop combines brand-new and returning rewards. The new headline cosmetics are the Contegorus Armor Set, Vacis Amp Skin and Dhampyre Syandana, alongside a new Honoria and a Legendary Core.

There is plenty for long-time collectors too, including older Operation emblems, Spectra Vandal, the Basmu Blueprint, Arcanes and three Tauforged Archon Shards.

Do you need The Hex and The Old Peace?

No. Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound only asks for Vor’s Prize. The Hex and The Old Peace are needed for the Tau Prologue, but neither quest blocks Moonflesh farming or access to Praghasa’s event shop.

Those two quests are requirements for the Tau Prologue, which also arrived on October 15. The Tau Prologue is permanent and sits in the Codex; it does not control access to Taubound rewards or Praghasa’s event dialogue.

Is the Tau Prologue part of Epoch Operation Taubound?

The two are linked by the story, not by progression. The Tau Prologue remains in Warframe after November 17, while Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound, its shop and Praghasa’s event dialogue disappear when the Operation ends.

If you are short on time, the limited Operation is the part with the hard deadline. The permanent Codex quest can wait without costing you the event shop or daily Praghasa dialogue.

Can new players access Eris for Taubound?

Yes. Any Tenno who has completed Vor’s Prize can reach Eris for Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound because the event temporarily bypasses the normal Star Chart and Junction gates.

That temporary access is tied to the event. It does not mean your normal Star Chart progression has permanently skipped every Junction leading to Eris.

Does Epoch Operation Taubound rerun?

No. Digital Extremes calls Warframe Epoch Operation Taubound a one-time event and explicitly says there will be no reruns. Praghasa’s daily dialogue is limited to this Operation as well.

The event closes on November 17, so Moonflesh farming, the reward shop and the limited narrative messages all need to be handled before then.
