Roblox listed a Butcher Pack for 449 Robux on October 25, but the product listing doesn’t establish what the pack includes or whether there’s a regular-currency option. How to unlock Violence District The Butcher
Join the official Violence District game and open the Killer roster or shop. Select The Butcher to see whether the current build offers a Screws price, pack purchase or another requirement. Screws are the ordinary currency used for other killer unlocks, but her exact Screws cost has not been verified. The 449-Robux pack price is not proof that you have to buy it. Also remember that unlocking a killer does not guarantee you’ll be selected to play the killer in every match: the SIN system influences that chance.

This ability throws a chain that can catch a survivor up to 50 studs away. A caught player is Silenced and tethered to The Butcher, and the chain can wind around obstacles. The October 2026 community kit describes a seven-second break-free action. As the killer, use the throw when a survivor crosses open ground. As a survivor, make use of cover before the chain reaches you; if you’re already caught, don’t keep circling a pillar and pulling the chain tight.

If the chain remains tense for five seconds, The Butcher can recast it to interrupt and pull the survivor closer. The launch-week ability notes describe up to three pulls; the last one stuns for longer before the chain breaks. Pulling a survivor in the middle of a vault can prolong the stun too. The reported cooldown is 15 seconds. Time your throw around a narrow escape route instead of firing as soon as somebody appears on screen.

The current community figures are two traps carried, a 2.5-second placement action and a 45-second replenishment timer. A trapped survivor can free themselves with special skill checks, taking up to about 20 seconds. Good checks reduce the remaining time; missing one can reset progress and reveal your position again. A teammate’s rescue takes about seven seconds, and an untriggered trap can reportedly be disarmed in five seconds. Players report using left-click on PC or the Interact control on mobile while aiming at the trap. Community patch notes from October 25 also report that traps can no longer be set directly beside sacrifice spikes or generators. These numbers can change with alpha balance updates.

Best strategy for Violence District The Butcher
Start a chase by threatening the open approach with Your Heart Is Mine. If the survivor escapes into a loop, place Tendons on the route they’re most likely to leave by. A trapped survivor is revealed, but don’t chase every notification if several generators are close to being repaired. For The Butcher, making the team waste time rescuing someone and repairing under pressure can be more effective than pursuing one player to the opposite edge of the map.
How survivors can counter her
Against Violence District The Butcher, break line of sight before she throws the chain. If hooked, work on escaping rather than circling obstacles that increase tension. Look carefully around doorways and windows for traps, and help a trapped teammate when the approach is clear. Heal before repairing a crucial generator if possible, and keep some distance from your teammates when stunning the killer. Split the Pain can punish a stun even when the pallet itself connects.
Halloween update and Ranked Mode
The official event began October 24 at 12 PM UTC and runs to November 21 at 1 PM UTC. It also includes Ranked mode, a new map, an item, perks, skins and UI changes. The public Roblox event description does not state Ranked entry requirements or the new map’s full reward list. Candy packs and seasonal tier skips appear in the store, but neither proves an unlock cost for Violence District The Butcher. Keep the event purchases separate from the killer’s character card.

If Violence District The Butcher isn’t in your roster, check you’re in the official game on a server updated after October 24. Reopen the Killer menu and read the current lock or purchase message. If you purchased a pack but cannot find its contents, check your Roblox receipt before spending again. Being assigned Survivor in your next match does not mean an owned killer is missing.
