That eligibility window is over, and the game’s announcement says eligible players receive Gloob within three to four days, by November 2 at the latest. The House on the Hill objectives do not reopen this offer.

House on the Hill begins with Swamp Skeleton on October 29. Playing 15 million games across the community unlocks 3 Prize Boxes for all players. On October 30, the challenge switches to DJ Mummy: collect 50 million Halloween Tokens together to unlock 200 Halloween Tokens each. These are shared totals, not personal targets. Every qualifying contribution helps the community towards its next reward.
The final community challenge features Brainy Brian Zombie from October 31 to November 2. Everyone must collectively earn 1 million Crowns in Events to unlock 1,500 Ability Tokens. Open the Events section and earn Crowns there, because the official instructions specify event Crowns. Ordinary games outside Events are not described as contributing to this particular target.

All three targets belong to the whole community, not to each player individually. When a target is completed, the corresponding prize unlocks for everyone. Check the in-game Shop after the community milestone is reached and the reward becomes available. An event day appearing on the schedule does not mean its goal has already been completed.
