The Scary Shawarma Hollow quest takes you into Scary Shawarma Kiosk: the ANOMALY for seven special encounters with monsters from other Roblox horror games. Start the event in Story Mode, keep the kiosk running and complete each monster’s challenge. Once the Hollow badge unlocks, return to the event hub to claim Mushroom Infestation and ten Tickets.
The key is knowing which visitors need food and which ones need the shutter closed. The Hollow monsters trigger challenges when you shut them out, while ordinary customers still need their shawarma orders. This is also completely different from The Inspector’s pumpkin puzzle on Floor 7.
How to start the Scary Shawarma Hollow quest
Enter The Hollow by Roblox Presents and use the Scary Shawarma Kiosk portal outside the theatre. In the kiosk’s lobby, choose Story Mode and set up a Full Shift. After entering the kiosk, accept the pop-up asking whether to play The Hollow event. On PC, press Q to free your cursor if needed, then select Yes.
Start the grill, open the shutter and take normal orders. As you work, keep checking the front and rear security cameras, including night vision. The Scary Shawarma Hollow quest adds crossover visitors to the shift, and you need to react to those encounters differently from the people buying food.
Scary Shawarma Hollow quest: How to finish all seven monster challenges
When one of the special crossover monsters appears outside the kiosk, close the shutter rather than giving it a shawarma. That starts its own little challenge. Complete the task and carry on with the shift until you’ve dealt with all seven encounters.

For Piggy, check the shelves before hunting around the whole kiosk for the key. After securing the door, restore power at the electrical box. For Banana, the cake is around the kitchen area near the fridge. Hiachi’s encounter is easier if you stop moving immediately instead of trying to run away.
During the Scary Shawarma Hollow quest, the monster encounter and the normal shift are happening together. Don’t ignore the regular customers for the rest of the night. Follow the kiosk’s normal ordering rules, prepare their food and use your cameras to spot ordinary anomalies. Keep those separate from the seven named crossover visitors.
What to do with normal customers and anomalies
When a regular customer approaches, check the CCTV and night vision before deciding whether to serve them. If they are safe, prepare the order using the requested ingredients, cook the meat correctly and include the drink required by the order. A normal anomaly should be refused using the shutter.
The special monsters are different: they are there to launch The Hollow challenges, not to buy food. Closing the shutter on them starts the task you need. Confusing a crossover monster with an ordinary customer is an easy way to miss the event objective while concentrating on making shawarma.
Allow time for a full shift rather than leaving after just a few encounters. The Scary Shawarma Hollow quest only counts once you’ve completed its seven event challenges and received the badge. Keep an eye on the event progress as you finish each task.
How to claim Mushroom Infestation and ten Tickets
After all seven challenges, check that you’ve received The Hollow 2026 badge in Scary Shawarma Kiosk. Go back through to the main Hollow hub and look beside the Scary Shawarma Kiosk portal for the Mushroom Infestation reward pedestal. Interact with it to claim the free avatar accessory and the ten associated event Tickets.
The Scary Shawarma Hollow quest reward is different from Candy Corn Rune Antlers. Those antlers come from lighting four pumpkins and returning the seventh relic in The Hollow’s Floor 7 maze. To find the other hub cosmetics and their individual claim steps, use our rewards guide.
Scary Shawarma Hollow quest not completing
The crossover monster hasn’t counted: Make sure you completed the task it triggered. Closing the shutter starts the challenge; it doesn’t necessarily finish it. Check for the objective before going back to normal orders.
Shift ended without the badge: Check that you accepted the event pop-up and completed all seven encounters. Start another Full Shift in the event mode if your run finished early.
Mushroom Infestation isn’t in your inventory: Claim it from the pedestal next to the kiosk portal in The Hollow hub after earning the badge. The in-game badge and the hub accessory are two separate steps.
Got Candy Corn Rune Antlers instead: You completed the Floor 7 relic puzzle, not the partner-game quest. The kiosk’s crossover challenges are a separate activity.
Scary Shawarma Hollow quest deadline
Roblox’s Hollow reward collection closes on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 8 PM GMT, even though Scary Shawarma Kiosk’s own Halloween activity continues beyond that date. Finish the crossover challenges and collect Mushroom Infestation from the hub before the Hollow claim window shuts.
