You don’t need to pay to take part in The Hollow once the public opening begins. The Roblox The Hollow early access offer is a two-hour head start with extra subscription benefits, not a requirement for quest-earned free UGC. Here’s what’s included and how to access it.

Roblox gives the Roblox The Hollow early access window as noon Pacific on October 22, two hours before the 2 PM Pacific public start. The Hollow’s finale takes place on October 31, although no exact UK start hour has been published. Players may continue claiming event rewards through November 2.
How to get Roblox The Hollow early access through Roblox Plus
Subscribe to Roblox Plus on the account you’ll use for Roblox The Hollow early access. Roblox’s own help page says you can access it through the account menu or at roblox.com/plus. Check the current subscription price in your own region and understand that this is a recurring payment.
When the early window opens, follow Roblox’s official Hollow event entry. The developer has not documented a separate redemption code or invite-only quest for early access. Without Plus, simply enter at the public time. Our Hollow event overview has the complete monster list and launch schedule.
Which Roblox Plus Halloween rewards do you get?
Subscribers get an exclusive Hollow-themed profile frame and background, along with a special launcher that can be used to gift items to players during the event. Roblox says members with an active Plus subscription can continue using the Hollow theme after the October 31 finale. Keeping the themed frame and background beyond Halloween requires an active Plus membership; cancelling it does not preserve the subscriber theme.
The screenshot above demonstrates where ordinary Roblox Plus profile frames and backgrounds appear. Roblox has not published an exact claim code or event-specific menu path for the Hollow designs. Check the profile customisation area once the early event opens, and confirm that you’re signed in to the subscribed account.
How does the Hollow gifting launcher work?
Another subscriber-only perk is an item launcher for giving gifts during The Hollow. Roblox has confirmed it but hasn’t yet provided detailed operating instructions. It is distinct from the regular Plus feature for sending Robux without fees. Use the launcher only according to the prompts available in the actual event; do not assume it can gift every Marketplace cosmetic or avoid a purchase price.
Roblox hasn’t confirmed which items can be gifted, any gifting limits or whether the launcher works after the event ends. Follow the on-screen instructions before sending anything.
Are The Hollow free UGC quests exclusive to Plus?
No. The Roblox The Hollow early access two-hour head start and Plus cosmetics are separate from the quest-earned UGC inside the shared event. Players with an eligible ordinary account can join at 10 PM BST and work on the available survival quests. Some Halloween Marketplace products, including Hollow Horseman, are sold rather than earned for free.
Before trying to unlock a prize, read its Roblox description to establish whether it’s a quest reward, a paid item or a Plus-only cosmetic. Is getting Plus worth it just for The Hollow?
If you only want to play the event, paying for Roblox The Hollow early access is unnecessary because public access follows two hours later. Plus may appeal if you specifically want the subscriber profile appearance, the item-gifting launcher or the subscription’s wider benefits such as eligible purchase discounts and private servers.
Roblox says Hollow’s subscriber theme can be retained beyond the finale while the Plus membership stays active. That doesn’t mean rewards earned in 99 Nights Halloween, Dandy’s World Halloween or Evade Halloween are interchangeable with this event.
