Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins: How Huge Pet Transfers Work

PSX Classic portal plaza in Pet Simulator 99

Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins let you keep a Huge pet inside PSX Classic and receive a matching pet in regular Pet Simulator 99. The feature arrived with Update 99 on October 24, 2026. Once you’ve found an eligible Huge in Classic, head Home to add its counterpart to your normal collection.

It might sound like you’re moving the same pet between games, but you’re actually getting two versions. The old-style Huge stays in Classic, while the Twin appears in PS99. You also start fresh in Classic, so the system won’t pull in your entire original Pet Simulator X inventory. Here’s what really transfers, which Huges to chase and what to check when a reward is missing.

How do Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins work?

The rule behind Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins is straightforward: obtain a Huge in PSX Classic, return Home, and receive its matching version in PS99. BIG Games describes Classic Huges appearing in their original PSX form, with a Twin awarded in the main game when you leave. You keep the pet in Classic as well.

There isn’t a trade to arrange or another account to involve. Trading is disabled inside PSX Classic, so the Home button handles the reward. This feature is confirmed for Classic Huge drops. The announcement doesn’t promise that ordinary pets, old inventory or every separately awarded event Huge follows the same rule.

How to bring a Classic Huge back to PS99

You can begin chasing Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins from the first area because Huge Dalmatian can hatch from any Classic egg. To get started, use the PSX portal behind the eggs in normal PS99 and press Play. The Join Event button on the sidebar takes you there too. Everyone starts in Town and builds a new Classic team.

Once you’ve obtained an eligible Huge, use Home on the left of the Classic screen. Back in regular PS99, check your Pets inventory for its matching Twin. The original remains inside Classic. You can return Home without a Huge and still collect area rewards, but that won’t create a Twin.

  1. From normal Pet Simulator 99, enter the portal behind the eggs or use Join Event.
  2. Play PSX Classic and obtain an eligible Huge, such as Dalmatian, Tiger or Agony.
  3. Press Home on the left of the screen.
  4. Open your Pets inventory in regular PS99 to find the matching Classic Twin.

Which Huge pets can give Classic Twins?

For Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins, the three clearest Huge hunts are Dalmatian, Tiger and Agony. They’re all earned through Classic gameplay, but you won’t find them in the same place. Dalmatian is available from the opening eggs, while the others need much more progression.

Huge petHow to obtain it in PSX Classic
Huge DalmatianRare hatch from any Classic egg, including early eggs
Huge TigerRare hatch from the final Empyrean Egg
Huge AgonyRare reward from the Grand Heaven Chest near the top of the climb

BIG Games specifically confirms that a Dalmatian hatches as its old PSX self, with a Twin back Home. Its wider Classic Twins explanation covers Classic Huge drops generally. Reaching later areas opens rarer Huge opportunities, although it doesn’t remove Dalmatian from the earlier eggs.

Huge Froggy is a different sort of reward: it’s free at Tier 4 of the new Season Pass. Huge Reaper comes from the Classic leaderboard. The public announcement doesn’t specifically describe those two rewards as Twin-triggering hatches. If you’re after a confirmed route for Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins, chase the Classic egg and chest Huge pets instead.

Do your original Pet Simulator X pets transfer?

Your old Pet Simulator X collection doesn’t automatically appear in the new event. BIG Games says everyone starts fresh in Town, however far they progressed in the original game. Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins are earned from your new Classic adventures, not imported from old saves.

Gamepasses are a separate benefit for returning players. If you bought an original PSX gamepass, BIG Games says that ownership carries into the Classic Exclusive Shop. Auto Hatch is free for everyone too, which helps with long egg sessions. Neither feature gives you a Huge or a Twin on its own.

What else comes back to regular PS99?

The Home button also brings regular progression rewards back to PS99. PSX Classic has 18 areas, from Town through Spawn and Fantasy to Heaven’s Gate, and each area pays out rewards when you return. You can earn those even if you haven’t found a Huge for Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins yet.

Your first trip Home awards 100,000 Diamonds and 10 Mini Chests. That’s an early event reward, not proof that you’ve obtained a Twin. The Classic Index also records pets you’ve found, with a section for Huge pets, and new discoveries contribute points to the Fantasy Clan Battle.

Why hasn’t my Classic Twin appeared?

If a Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins reward isn’t showing up, first confirm you actually earned a Huge inside Classic. A normal pet hatch isn’t listed as eligible. Then press Home to return to regular PS99. The matching pet should be checked there, not in the Classic inventory.

Look in your regular Pets inventory and clear any search or sorting filters. Update 99’s collapsible categories belong to the Items tab, not a hidden pet storage section. If you’re certain you obtained an eligible Classic Huge and returned Home but still can’t find the Twin, capture both inventories and the pet details for the game’s support team.

Which Classic Huge should you chase first?

If you’d like to start earning Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins without unlocking every area first, Dalmatian is the obvious target: every Classic egg has a chance to hatch it. Once you’re further along, head to the final Empyrean Egg for Tiger or the Grand Heaven Chest for Agony. They’re rare rewards, so several attempts without a drop isn’t necessarily a problem.

If you fancy a change, the Diamond Mountain update has other rare pets to chase. Our Abominable Yeti guide, secret trails walkthrough and expeditions guide cover three different activities. The Yeti Leaderboard has ranking rewards rather than Twin hatches.

If you prefer a reward you can work towards without a lucky drop, see our older Huge Hiker Raccoon and Huge Hippokin Season Pass guides. Those had fixed progression milestones. Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins instead start with finding an eligible Huge in Classic.

The best way to think about Pet Simulator 99 Classic Twins is as a reward for your new Classic Huge discoveries. Your old-style Huge stays in that world, its counterpart comes Home to PS99, and your ordinary pets and old PSX inventory remain separate.
