Always take the login chain because it costs nothing beyond opening the game. Next, progress Energy and Explorer’s Moves if those resources were already part of your normal plan.
The high VIP, Emerald and Outland thresholds can become expensive quickly. Treat them as bonus event rewards for spending you already intended, not as automatic targets every account must finish.

Hero Wars Mead Festival Quests: How quest progress feeds the rest of the event
Quest rewards create the resources used everywhere else. Barrel Keys fund Mead Barrel openings and generators, Asgard Mead pays for Shop items or some upgrades, and Robin Soul Stones reduce the amount you need from the pet generator or Shop.
That is why checking the quest ladder before spending matters. One poorly timed batch of Energy or Emeralds can miss a milestone you would have reached naturally a few minutes later.

- Claim every daily login milestone.
- Use Energy normally and collect the Frothy Charge tiers you reach.
- Spend Explorer’s Moves only when it also advances your normal Mysterious Island goals.
- Open Outland chests you were already planning to open.
- Use earned Barrel Keys deliberately so Tasting progresses while your event strategy still makes sense.
- Let Foam Party complete naturally as the other quest chains advance.
