Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite is now live for Fortnitemares 2026, and the Item Shop lists Freddy Fazbear at 1,500 V-Bucks. That replaces the pre-release uncertainty around the Five Nights at Freddy’s crossover with an actual purchase price players can check in Fortnite.
The Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite is also part of the larger 16-item Five Nights at Freddy’s bundle, which is displayed at 4,500 V-Bucks. That means you can buy Freddy Fazbear separately if this is the only animatronic you want, or compare the full collection before spending V-Bucks.
{IMAGE}How much is the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite?
The Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite costs 1,500 V-Bucks in the live Fortnite Item Shop. This is the individual character price shown after the October 1 Fortnitemares update, rather than a leak or an estimate based on another collaboration.
Freddy is the face of the original Fazbear band and keeps his brown animatronic bear design, black top hat and bow tie. The launch version also uses reactive battle damage, so the Outfit can become visibly more battered as you take hits during a match.
How to get the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite
To get the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite, open Fortnite and go to the Item Shop. Find the Five Nights at Freddy’s section, select Freddy Fazbear, inspect the Outfit preview and confirm the 1,500 V-Bucks purchase if you want the individual character offer.
You do not need to complete Fortnitemares quests to unlock this Outfit. The FNAF gameplay takeover and the paid cosmetics are separate parts of the event. Buying the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite adds the cosmetic content in the Shop offer to your Locker; it is not required for fighting or encountering the animatronics in Battle Royale.
Does the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite have a Withered style?
The launch information around the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite is better described in terms of reactive battle damage. The four FNAF Outfits are presented as taking visible damage when hit, creating the increasingly battered appearance players saw around the crossover reveal.
That is an important update to older pre-launch coverage. Before the Shop went live, reports described Withered variants, but the live behaviour clarifies that damage reactivity is part of the cosmetic presentation. Check the Locker preview for any additional selectable options available to Freddy Fazbear on your account.
What other Freddy Fazbear cosmetics are available?
The Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite is not the only themed item in the FNAF section. The visible Shop lineup also includes Freddy’s Mic at 800 V-Bucks and Freddy Slippers at 1,000 V-Bucks. The wider collection contains cosmetics for the other animatronics as well as music, accessories and other Five Nights at Freddy’s items.
If you want several characters, compare those individual prices with the 4,500 V-Bucks full bundle. The bundle contains 16 items and is displayed with an 11,000 V-Bucks crossed-out value, so buying the complete set can make more sense for a collector than purchasing multiple pieces one at a time.
Is the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite in the FNAF bundle?
Yes. The Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite is part of the 16-item Five Nights at Freddy’s bundle. The complete offer brings Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy together with supporting cosmetics for 4,500 V-Bucks.
For comparison, the four character prices shown individually total 6,100 V-Bucks. Someone who wants the entire band should therefore inspect the bundle before purchasing several separate Outfits. Someone who only wants Freddy Fazbear can simply pay 1,500 V-Bucks for this character instead.
How long will the Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite stay in the Item Shop?
The Freddy Fazbear Skin in Fortnite arrived with Fortnitemares on October 1, 2026, but Item Shop cosmetics rotate and should not be treated as permanently available. Fortnite shows the current offer timing in the Shop, so use that countdown as the final word on the present rotation.
The practical answer is now much clearer than it was before launch: the the Outfit is available through the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks, has reactive battle-damage behaviour, and can also be obtained as part of the larger FNAF collection while that offer is active.
