Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards: How to Get Sora and the Glowing Keyhole Spray

Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards give players two very different targets on September 18: place highly enough in your region to unlock the Sora Outfit, or reach eight points to earn the Glowing Keyhole Spray. That makes the Override Series event useful both for competitive players chasing a free skin and for anyone who simply wants an achievable Kingdom Hearts cosmetic.

Epic has split the event into Solo Battle Royale, Solo Zero Build and a separate mobile Battle Royale session. The main cups share the same regional Sora thresholds, while the mobile event has its own smaller set of qualifying positions.

The confirmed Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards are the Sora Outfit for qualifying high placements and the Glowing Keyhole Spray for players who earn at least eight points. Sora is the major prize: the Outfit is already sold in the Item Shop, but the cup provides a chance to add it to your Locker through competition instead.

The eight-point reward is particularly useful because it is not tied to a top leaderboard position. You can miss the Sora threshold and still leave the event with a Kingdom Hearts cosmetic.

Sora Outfit placement requirements

For the standard Battle Royale and Zero Build sessions, the Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards use regional placement cutoffs. Europe has the largest qualifying pool at the top 1,000, followed by North America Central at the top 700.

RegionSora Outfit
EuropeTop 1,000
North America CentralTop 700
North America WestTop 200
BrazilTop 200
OceaniaTop 100
AsiaTop 100
Middle EastTop 100

The same cutoffs are used for Battle Royale and Zero Build. Since those sessions overlap, pick the playlist that gives you the best chance of putting together a complete run rather than treating them as two separate attempts at the full tournament.

How to get the Glowing Keyhole Spray

The easiest of the Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards is the Glowing Keyhole Spray. Earn eight points during an eligible cup session and you meet the confirmed requirement. You do not need to finish within the Sora placement range to get the Spray.

That changes how casual players should approach the event. If Sora looks out of reach, there is still no reason to abandon the cup after a rough opening game. Keep collecting points until the eight-point mark is secured.

Can you earn Sora in Zero Build?

Yes. Zero Build has its own Solo session and offers the same main Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards as Battle Royale. A European Zero Build player, for example, needs to finish in the top 1,000 for Sora, while an NAC player needs a top-700 finish.

This is good news if building is not your strength. You do not need to force yourself into traditional Battle Royale simply because Sora is the prize. Zero Build is a full reward route rather than a reduced version of the event.

When can you earn the rewards?

The event runs on September 18, with regional times shown in Fortnite’s Compete tab and on the official competitive event page. In Europe, Battle Royale and Zero Build run from 5 PM to 8 PM UK time, while the mobile event starts earlier.

Once the session opens, the Fortnite Kingdom Hearts Cup Rewards are entirely performance-based: eight points for the Spray, or a qualifying regional finish for Sora. Check your account eligibility and MFA before the start time so all three hours can go toward the leaderboard rather than account setup.
