DON’T NOD Project P14 is an unrevealed game project mentioned in the French studio’s financial statements. It has no official game title, platform list or release date. DON’T NOD has been seeking additional financing for its development, but has not announced that P14 has been cancelled.

P14 is under scrutiny because DON’T NOD entered French safeguard proceedings on October 19, 2026 following losses and a restructuring proposal. Its April and October financial reports provide the relevant project details.

DON’T NOD Project P14: what is it?

P14 is an internal project code, not an announced retail game title. DON’T NOD uses it when reporting production spending and co-production financing.

The DON’T NOD Project P14 documents do not identify a story, genre, characters or platforms. DON’T NOD’s recent adventure Aphelion previously used the different project code P10. Aphelion launched on April 28, 2026 and is not a rename of P14.

Has DON’T NOD cancelled Project P14?

There is no P14 cancellation announcement. DON’T NOD reported ongoing co-production talks in April and expressions of interest in October, but its financing criteria were still unmet.

That is a serious funding issue, but a lack of confirmed financing is not a public cancellation notice. The DON’T NOD Project P14 status should be described as funding unresolved, rather than either a guaranteed future release or an already cancelled game.

What happened to the €6.5 million spent on P14?

DON’T NOD’s April 2026 financial results reported a €6.5 million write-off of P14 assets during 2025. Another €4.2 million of production spending in the second half of 2025 was not capitalised because financing requirements were unmet.

In October 2026, DON’T NOD again reported P14 costs as not capitalised. This is an accounting consequence of the funding position, not a completed-game or cancellation announcement.

The DON’T NOD Project P14 figures also do not mean a new €6.5 million cost was announced on October 19. The €6.5 million write-off relates to the company’s 2025 financial results, published in April 2026.

When is DON’T NOD Project P14 coming out?

No release date has been announced. P14 has no public trailer, preorder, platform list or 2026/2027 release window.

The company’s January 31, 2027 financial warning concerns the need for external funding to continue operations beyond that point. It is not a release or cancellation date for DON’T NOD Project P14.

Is P14 the same as DON’T NOD’s Netflix game?

No. Montréal is developing a separate narrative game based on a major Netflix property, under a partnership announced in October 2025. Netflix is its publisher.

The DON’T NOD Project P14 financing disclosures concern its French project work, rather than the separately funded Montréal game. The Netflix franchise has not been named either, but the two projects should not be combined into one upcoming-game listing.

Will the 85 proposed French job cuts affect P14?

The new French restructuring proposal could affect up to 85 positions and would refocus development around one production line. DON’T NOD has not issued a P14-specific staffing decision.

The DON’T NOD Project P14 funding position and the French workforce proposal are related to wider cost pressures, but one does not prove a specific employee count or a final decision about this unnamed project.

What is the latest official P14 update?

As of October 29, 2026, DON’T NOD Project P14 remains an unnamed project discussed in company filings with unresolved financing and no public launch date. The safeguard case does not itself confirm the project’s cancellation.
