Paul covers tech for The Click, usually after someone has said, “Can you just have a look at this?” He’s good at figuring out why things aren’t working, finding the setting everyone else missed, and explaining tech without making it sound more complicated than it needs to be. When he’s not fixing something, he’s usually playing Call of Duty, making something, or getting dragged into another “quick job” that definitely wasn’t quick.
Hunt Showdown Blood Testament Chapter 2 begins on October 6, 2026, continuing Crytek’s Blood Testament event with sweeping compound changes, a new Story Challenge, a new Community Event, two new Tarot Cards, a new Tool and another Twitch Drops campaign. That date is worth separating from the Bound by Blood cosmetic DLC. Chapter 2 is…
AION 2 Duties Not Available at Level 45 is a confirmed known issue. See the trigger, official avoidance step and what to do if it already happened.
Hero Wars Asgard Mead is the rarer Mead Festival currency used in the event Shop and some generator upgrades. You can obtain it from Mead Barrel rewards, specific event-quest milestones and special offers. Unlike Barrel Keys, Asgard Mead should not be treated as something to hold after the event. Nexters says it will not remain…
Hero Wars Barrel Keys are the main Mead Festival currency used to open the Guild Mead Barrel and unlock or upgrade event generators. You can earn them from event quests, the Barrel Key generator and special offers. The biggest mistake is assuming every Key spent advances the event rankings. Only Barrel Keys used on Mead…
End of Abyss Update 1.013 is the October 4 hotfix that fixes another launch-week progression blocker, this time affecting players who die while attempting to extend a bridge. The same patch also addresses performance hitches when moving between rooms or levels, including the audio-quality problems and loud static those hitches could trigger. This is the…
End of Abyss Bridge Not Extending after Cel dies during the bridge-extension interaction is the specific progression bug fixed in Update 1.013. On PS5 that patch is version 1.013, while Xbox Series X|S and PC use version 1.0.1.3. The trigger matters because not every bridge that refuses to move is bugged. End of Abyss also…
Dead by Daylight Void Portals replace the old separate Void Realm structure in Haunted by Daylight 2026. Void Rifts still appear in Trials, but opening them now creates teleportation routes across the normal map instead of sending players into a detached Halloween dimension. That is the biggest gameplay change for returning players. If you remember…
Blue Protocol Star Resonance Chaotic Realm is the centre of the Lightchase Oath seasonal loop, with six Season 4 dungeons rolling out from October 8 to October 22. Before each challenge you choose a Vow, build Vow Energy in combat and can encounter Lightchase Spirits for bonus seasonal treasure. Season 4 also changes the reward…
Blue Protocol Star Resonance Vow Altars are the five pre-run choices used in Season 4 Chaotic Realm. Each altar gives a different Vow with its own buff effects, and your selection starts at Vow Level 1 before growing stronger through the seasonal combat loop. The most important pre-launch detail is what the official global notes…
Kick a Lucky Block Fall Exclusives total six new seasonal rewards in the Fall Update. The key detail is how they are split: three are bought in the lobby, while the other three are won through Leaf Goals. That means there is no single six-item shop to empty. If you only check the lobby, you…
Kick a Lucky Block Leaf Tree is the core progression system in the Fall Update. Leaves fall while you run from the wave, and you spend those leaves on the giant tree in the Safe Zone to unlock better spawning, collection and combo upgrades. The smart way to use the tree is not to buy…
Adopt Me Crypt Keys are the Rusty Keys used to open graves in the Halloween Crypt, and the live event gives them from two places: daily Halloween tasks and the Ghost Gallery boss. Uplift Games confirms four Rusty Keys through daily tasks plus one from defeating the boss. Keys matter because every locked grave can…
Dig and Clean Admin Abuse October 4 is scheduled alongside Update 9, with the newest pre-event coverage placing the start at 9:00 AM ET / 1:00 PM UTC. This is a developer-controlled server event, not a code you redeem or a quest you start from an NPC. Admin Abuse matters because Squeaky Clean! can temporarily…
Ghost of Yōtei Patch 2.06 is live with a focused set of fixes for problems introduced around the Complete Edition and October content. The headline changes address multiple Most Wanted progression bugs and a Legends issue that could make cosmetics invisible. The update also contains broader bug and crash fixes. It is not another content…
GPO Jack-O-Rod is the Halloween fishing rod built from its blueprint plus six of each returning seasonal fish: Jack-O’-Bite, Dark Skeletal Shark, Skeletal Shark and Candy Corn Squid. That means the full craft consumes 24 Halloween fish before you even count the blueprint. The reason to craft it early is simple: Jack-O-Rod improves your chance…
GPO Halloween Daily Quests replace the old AFK World system and give every eligible player three progression-scaled objectives per day. They unlock at level 20, reset at midnight UTC and are designed to reward actually playing rather than sitting in AFK World. The important detail is that there is not one fixed universal three-task list…
