Sailor Piece bloodlines are one of the biggest upgrades you’ll work on in Sea 2. Ghoul is excellent for farming, Empyrean suits fast melee attacks, and Demonic works especially well with multi-hit swords. Sparda is a newer hybrid option; Will of D is a special Haki-focused bloodline with its own progression questions.
Your clan and bloodline are separate, so you can benefit from both. But rerolling immediately replaces your current bloodline, which makes it worth knowing what you have before spending another stone. Here’s how to farm stones, protect a good roll and choose the bonuses that help your build.

Sailor Piece bloodlines tier list: Best picks and stats
This Sailor Piece bloodlines tier list covers the 14 regular entries in the updated community roster. Will of D has separately documented Haki stats, but its exact obtainment route hasn’t been established, so it’s explained below rather than assigned an unsupported roll tier. DR means Damage Reduction; the tiers describe build strength, not roll rarity.
| Bloodline | Tier | Best for | Bonuses and passive |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ghoul | S+ | Farming | +37% Damage, +45% HP, 5% DR, ~22% Luck, +12% Melee; 20% chance of one extra drop |
| Empyrean | S+ | Melee | +35% Damage, +45% HP, 5% DR, +15% Luck, +12% Melee; +0.15% damage per tick up to 15% |
| Demonic | S+ | Swords | +32% Damage, +40% HP, +12% Sword, +12% Luck, 2% lifesteal; on-hit damage proc |
| Doombringer | S+ | Sword burst | +35% Damage, +40% HP, +12% Sword, +15% Luck, 2% lifesteal; on-skill proc |
| Sparda | Unranked | Hybrid | +37% Damage, +40% HP, 6% DR, +27% Luck, +7% Melee and Sword |
| Primordial | S | Farm backup | +27% Damage, +40% HP, +15% Luck, 5% DR, +10% Melee; 15% extra drop |
| Astral | S | Sword backup | +30% Damage, +35% HP, +10% Sword, +10% Luck, 2% lifesteal; Astral Mark |
| Dawnbringer | A | A | +20% Damage, 2% DR, +7% Luck and Sword |
| Nightfall | A | A | +17% Damage, +17% HP, 1% lifesteal, +5% Luck |
| Demonblood | B | B | +22% Damage, 1% lifesteal, +7% Melee |
| Vizard | B | B | +15% Damage, +20% HP, +15% Gems gain |
| Hunter | B | B | +10% Damage, +15% HP, +10% Cash and Gems gain |
| Stormborn | C | C | +12% Damage, +12% HP, +10% EXP gain |
| Commoner | D | D | +7% Damage, +10% HP, +10% EXP gain |
For Sailor Piece bloodlines, the passive often matters as much as the headline damage bonus. Sword and Melee multipliers only boost matching attacks, and a passive that triggers on every hit can be better for a fast weapon than one that checks just once per skill. You’ll see Primordial in the corrected roster, not the older Cosmic name.
Sailor Piece bloodlines: How to get Bloodline Stones
Defeat normal Sea 2 enemies for Bloodline Stones; Sea 1 enemies aren’t a documented source. You’ll get opportunities to farm them throughout the Sea 2 levelling route, which is useful if you’re still short of the level cap.
Sea Serpent and Kraken are another route, with a community-reported 50% chance of a Bloodline Stone. For an ordinary mob farm, Ghoul Members have a recorded 0.356515% base chance. Neither figure promises a drop on your next kill. Our bosses and drops guide covers the sea encounters; if they’re too difficult, keep farming regular Sea 2 NPCs.
Sailor Piece bloodlines: How to reroll and use pity
Open your inventory and use a Bloodline Stone. You don’t need a separate reroll NPC. Once you spin, check your new bloodline in the Stats window. If you already have a good one, visit the Storage Keeper on Sailor Island and check the bloodline storage slots before taking the risk of replacing it.
The community-tracked Sailor Piece bloodlines pity thresholds are 250 rolls for Legendary and 750 for Mythical. Pity applies to rarity, not to a specific name: 250 rolls don’t guarantee Ghoul. Exact odds for some newer entries are still incomplete, so a supposed 0.1% rate for Sparda isn’t something I’d treat as established.

Sailor Piece bloodlines: Best for item farming
Ghoul brings Luck, HP, damage and a reported 20% chance of one extra item drop. It’s particularly attractive for grinding rare materials. Ghoul is also necessary for the F-move quest in the Black Reaper fighting-style guide.
Primordial has a 15% extra-drop chance and +15% Luck, so it’s a worthwhile backup if you’ve already rolled it. Hunter and Vizard give smaller bonuses to money or Gems rather than the strongest late-game farming stats.
Sailor Piece bloodlines: Best for sword builds
Demonic checks a 20% chance on each eligible hit for +30% Damage and a 10% slow, followed by a five-second cooldown. Multi-hit swords offer repeated chances to activate it. Doombringer instead checks once when you use a skill and can grant +20% Damage for eight seconds. The difference is noticeable in longer combos.
That makes Demonic a strong all-round sword choice and Doombringer a useful burst alternative. Astral offers lifesteal and a marked-target bonus. If Astral already works well for your weapon, consider keeping it rather than spending all your stones on a small theoretical upgrade.
Sailor Piece bloodlines: Best for melee builds
Empyrean gains +0.15% Damage with each damage tick until its stacking bonus reaches +15%. That rewards sustained attacks that hit repeatedly. With +35% base Damage, +12% Melee and +45% HP, it’s a strong option for difficult melee boss fights.
Sparda adds both Sword and Melee Damage, together with +27% Luck and +6% DR. Its documented stat package is powerful for hybrid builds, but a reliable additional passive and its precise roll odds haven’t been fully verified.
Sailor Piece bloodlines: Will of D and quest requirements
Will of D is a Mythical option with +38% Damage, +100% Haki Damage, doubled Conqueror’s Haki range and additional Observation dodges. Its exact dodge count and obtainment route still need verification. It’s required for stage 12 of Joy Boy’s questline, so it’s worth keeping if you’re pursuing Model Nika. Ghoul has a separate quest use in Black Reaper mastery.
Clans and bloodlines can be equipped together, so you can combine a farming clan with Ghoul or a sword clan with Demonic. For new Sea 2 players, our Sea 2 unlock walkthrough covers the requirements. See Sailor Piece codes for other progression resources.
