Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 launched on October 17, 2026, bringing Diamond Mountain, six camp eggs, twelve new pets, the Abominable Yeti and a free Huge Hiker Raccoon from the Season Pass. There’s also a Gargantuan to pursue through boss fights and the leaderboard, plus rare Titanic and Huge pets attached to several different activities.
Climbing the mountain is only one part of the update. The summit has six secret trails and hourly expeditions, while Acorns can be spent on permanent mountain upgrades. Some pets are available through play and others come from Robux packs. Here’s which is which.
What was added in Pet Simulator 99 Update 98?
The Diamond Mountain climb has six camps, each with an egg. Your pets smash Rubble Walls to open the next camp and earn Diamonds. Walls can keep taking damage while you’re elsewhere, including offline. The higher camps contain stronger pets, so upgrade as you progress.
At the summit, Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 introduces a shared boss fight, six trails and expedition pedestals. The Traveling Merchant sells Acorns and mountain boosts. You can use Acorns to improve Wall Power, Wall Slots, Offline Hours, Acorn Finder, Trail Luck and Expedition Speed.

Earn Season Tokens by hatching eggs, breaking loot and battling the Yeti. Reach Tier 4 of the free Season Pass to claim Huge Hiker Raccoon. It’s different from the paid Forever Pack and Exclusive Remix Egg; neither purchase is required for the free reward.
How does the Abominable Yeti work?
The Yeti is a server-wide summit boss. Your damage determines your share of rewards, while more players participating provides a party bonus. Stay for the kill to collect the loot. Feeding spare pets increases Yeti Power, improving the Diamonds and rare-pet odds.
The rarest boss-related prize in Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 is the Gargantuan Abominable Yeti. It’s also awarded to the top five leaderboard players. Other ranked rewards include Titanic Equinox Deer versions and Huge Climber Goat, depending on placement.
Huge and Titanic pet locations
There are six event Huge pets: Equinox Fox from Yeti activities, Climber Goat from the leaderboard, Climber Bear from trails, Expedition Wolf from expeditions, Hiker Red Panda from the summit egg and Hiker Raccoon from free Season Pass Tier 4.
The Titanic rewards in Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 are Amber Markhor from the boss, Equinox Deer from leaderboard rewards and Expedition Leopard from the final trail. The mountain’s twelve ordinary pets also include the Abominable Yeti as its strongest summit-egg hatch and Amber Markhor from the top two eggs.
Secret Trails and offline Expeditions
Reach the summit to unlock six Mountain Trails. Break the chests with other players and reach the last egg for a Huge or Titanic chance with luck reaching 300×. At expedition pedestals, pets can bring back Diamonds and loot every hour, including while you’re offline.
Spend Acorns to unlock up to four expedition slots. Each has a chance at Huge Expedition Wolf. Claim rewards because a full tray stops collecting more. Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 also has mountain-only Acorn, Luck and Damage boosts, including Tier II versions sold by the Traveling Merchant.
Which Pet Simulator 99 Update 98 rewards cost Robux?
The Exclusive Remix Egg, Forever Pack and Equinox Pack are the paid options. Remix Egg’s rare prizes include Titanic Bingus Cat and Gargantuan Domino Dominus. Forever Pack includes Titanic Expedition Dog and Huge Marmot, while Equinox Pack offers Diamonds, boosts and Remix Eggs.
If you’re not buying packs, the best first targets are Season Pass Tier 4 and the summit. From there, choose the Yeti, trails or expeditions depending on the pet you’re after. The Diamond Mountain guide explains the route, and our other related guides cover the specific Huge and leaderboard rewards.
