Brookhaven Free Villa is the free-house reward added with the October 2 Military + Free House update, and Brookhaven by Voldex advertises the new Villa as available to everyone. You do not need to buy the Military Command Base bundle just to use the new house.
To get the Brookhaven Free Villa, join an updated Brookhaven RP server after the October 2 release and open the normal house-selection system. The announcement does not list a code, quest, badge or paid pass requirement for the Villa itself.
How to get the Brookhaven Free Villa
The simplest route to the Brookhaven Free Villa is:
- Open the official Brookhaven RP experience by Brookhaven by Voldex.
- Join a server running the October 2 update.
- Use the normal housing controls to choose or change your house.
- Find the newly added Villa in the available house list.
- Select the Villa and place it on an available home plot.
The exact appearance of the housing menu can vary depending on device and future UI changes, but the important point is that the Villa is part of the main Brookhaven housing system rather than a separate event game.
Do you need to buy the Military Bundle?
No. The Brookhaven Free Villa is advertised separately from the Military Command Base, Command Carrier and RPG Launcher bundle. The Villa is specifically described as free for everyone.
If the game shows a Robux offer for the military items, do not assume you need to buy it to unlock the house. The military content and the Villa are different parts of the same update.
Is there a code for the free Villa?
No claim code is listed for the Brookhaven Free Villa. The update announcement presents it as a new free house rather than a promotional code reward.
Avoid entering random codes from videos or comments claiming to unlock the Villa. If you are in the current Brookhaven build, the house should be available through the game’s normal housing interface.
What if the Villa is not showing?
If the Brookhaven Free Villa does not appear, leave the server and join a different one. Old Roblox servers can continue running an earlier Brookhaven version for a short time after an update.
Make sure you are using the official Brookhaven RP experience and that Roblox itself is not stuck on a stale session. Closing and reopening the experience after switching servers is a safer first step than reinstalling Roblox.
Do you need a Game Pass?
The update announcement does not list a Game Pass requirement for the Brookhaven Free Villa. It says the Villa is free for everyone, which is different from houses tied to premium housing passes or paid bundles.
If the live game later displays a different requirement, use the in-game notice as the current source. At launch, however, the published event wording is clear that the Villa is the free addition.
Can you keep the Villa after the event?
The event card associated with the Brookhaven Free Villa runs through October 8, but the announcement does not say the Villa will be removed from players or deleted from the house list on that date.
That means October 8 should be treated as the end of the advertised update event, not automatically as a removal deadline. Brookhaven by Voldex would need to announce a limited availability rule separately for that to be certain.
Can you use the Villa in a private server?
The Brookhaven Free Villa is a normal Brookhaven house addition, so players should be able to use it wherever the current house system is available, including private servers, provided the server is running the updated build.
If a private server was already open before the update, restart or rejoin it so the current content loads. An old private-server instance can have the same stale-build problem as a public server.
Where is the Villa located?
The Brookhaven Free Villa is not described as a permanent map landmark with one fixed address. It is a selectable home, so you place it through the housing system on a suitable property plot rather than travelling to one mandatory Villa location.
That distinction is useful when searching around the map. If you cannot find a building labelled Villa, open your housing controls instead of driving around Brookhaven looking for a separate event structure.
Free Villa summary
The Brookhaven Free Villa is the no-cost housing addition from the October 2 Military + Free House update. Join a current server, use the standard house-selection system and select the new Villa without buying the military bundle.
If it is missing, change servers first. There is no published code or quest requirement, and the free-house wording is separate from the paid military content included in the same Brookhaven update.
