BTD6 Round 90 starts with 50 Fortified Camo Regrow Leads and finishes with three DDTs. Those fast black blimps have Camo, Lead and Black properties, a combination that can shut down otherwise powerful attacks.
Your main damage dealers need to see Camo and damage both Lead and Black before the DDTs arrive. A Monkey Intelligence Bureau Village can solve those restrictions for nearby towers, but it does not supply the damage needed to destroy three fast MOAB-class targets.
How to beat BTD6 Round 90
Before BTD6 Round 90 starts, identify the towers that are meant to do your blimp damage. Check whether they can actually target Camo and hurt Lead and Black bloons. If one of these properties blocks the attack, raw damage makes no difference until you fix the incompatibility.
A Monkey Village upgraded to Monkey Intelligence Bureau, commonly called MIB, gives nearby towers the ability to hit all standard bloon types. Its upgrade path also includes Radar Scanner, so Camo detection is covered for towers in range. Keep your strongest blimp-damage towers within that radius if they otherwise struggle with DDT immunities.
MIB fixes damage-type restrictions, but it does not add attack power. On BTD6 Round 90, towers under MIB still need enough damage to destroy three fast blimps. You need enough attacks, sufficient range and preferably some control that keeps the fast blimps in firing range longer.

Why DDTs are different from ordinary MOABs
DDTs have MOAB-class health but move much faster than a typical blue MOAB. They are Camo, which stops many unassisted towers targeting them. Their Lead property blocks ordinary sharp attacks, while their Black property blocks ordinary explosions. Camo stops towers without detection targeting them. That combination makes them more demanding than a blimp with health alone.
When BTD6 Round 90 defeats you, first check whether the 50 Fortified Camo Regrow Leads were cleared. Then watch what happens when the three DDTs enter. If your main towers never fire at the DDT, they probably lack Camo vision. If they fire but the blimp appears unaffected, check the damage type. If the DDT clearly loses health but still reaches the exit, improve damage output or slowing.
A Ninja Monkey sees Camo without upgrades, but its basic sharp shurikens cannot damage the DDT’s Lead layer. Detection alone does not make it a DDT counter. Likewise, a Bomb Shooter that worked on Round 28 Lead can still be stopped by DDT Black immunity unless it has compatible support.
How to slow the DDTs down
MOAB-class slowing and control can give your damage dealers extra time. MOAB Glue is one useful support option when the Glue Gunner can affect DDTs, but it needs Camo support or another valid way to reach them. It is not a substitute for damage.
For BTD6 Round 90, a slowing effect placed near a long section of track can make a short attack window more forgiving. On maps with separate lanes, make sure it reaches the actual DDT route rather than the route used by an earlier wave.
If you rely on a timed ability, look at the blimps rather than activating it automatically when the round number changes. A mistimed ability can expire before the DDTs enter the area where you needed the extra damage.
Prepare for later DDT rounds
Popping the first three DDTs is a useful test, but far bigger waves are coming. BTD6 Round 90 is followed by more DDT pressure, notably Round 93, a much heavier rush on Round 95 and fortified DDTs on Round 99. Your answer needs to scale beyond the first small test.
Build on the MIB or other DDT-compatible damage you already have. Round 93 sends six DDTs; Round 95 sends 30. Adding many towers that still cannot affect DDTs wastes cash. It is better to make the damage you already have compatible, then add the firepower needed for later rounds.
In CHIMPS, you cannot buy back a mistake by selling the support towers. Plan the Village radius and damage placements ahead of time so the upgrades you buy remain useful through Round 100.
BTD6 Round 90 FAQ
What is the first DDT round?
In the standard round set, three DDTs appear on Round 90, after 50 Fortified Camo Regrow Leads. Alternate round sets can differ.
Can a Monkey Village solve BTD6 Round 90?
A Monkey Intelligence Bureau can help nearby towers target Camo and damage bloon types they otherwise could not hit. The towers still need enough firepower to kill the DDTs.
Why do my Bomb Shooters fail against DDTs?
DDTs have Black immunity, which blocks ordinary explosions. Use damage that works against Black or compatible support such as MIB.
