PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams are divided into Group A and Group B for Global Open Season 2, which begins in Lahore, Pakistan on 20 October. There are 32 organisations competing for a share of the $500,000 prize pool and points toward the 2026 PUBG Mobile Global Championship.
Each group contains 16 sides playing six matches. Group A competes on 20 October and Group B follows on 21 October, with the best six teams in each group qualifying directly for the Grand Finals.
PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 Group A teams
The PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams draw brings together winners and qualifiers from multiple regions. The first group includes Indonesia’s Bigetron by Vitality and AK Gold Esports, alongside Turkish organisations S2G Esports and Selibon Esports. Hustler Crew carry the Western European interest on opening day.
Pakistan Open winner LF Esports is also in Group A. The official draw originally displayed a qualifying slot before the Pakistan Open places had been settled, so fans looking at an older group graphic may still see a placeholder where LF Esports now belongs.

Group B features Season 1 champions 4Thrives, who won the previous Global Open in Jakarta, Indonesia. They will face a strong international field, including Vampire Esports, Alter Ego Ares, Alpha7 Esports and The MongolZ.
The PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams also include 777 Esports, the Pakistan Open runner-up, in Group B. This places the two teams advancing from the domestic qualifier on opposite sides of the opening draw, giving local fans an interest in both days.

How the group stage decides qualification
Only six teams from each group are guaranteed a Grand Finals place after their first six matches. Finishing seventh through 14th means playing six more matches in the Survival Stage on 22 October, while the teams in 15th and 16th are knocked out.
That makes the opening games significant even for established organisations. A side that finishes seventh still has a route to the weekend, but it must survive another 16-team lobby where only four qualification places are available.
The PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams who reach the Grand Finals compete on 24 and 25 October. The final lobby will have 12 teams coming directly from the groups and four coming through Survival, restoring the field to 16.
The championship uses an updated finals format. Sunday’s themed-map showmatch lets its winner ban one potential map for an optional Match 13. That extra match is held only if the SMASH format has not produced a champion after Match 12.
New Team Deathmatch tiebreakers
For the PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams still battling for a qualification place, a new tiebreaker can also change the outcome of the Group and Survival stages. A points tie affecting qualification is settled by a best-of-three 4v4 Team Deathmatch on Warehouse.
These Team Deathmatch rounds are played to 15 eliminations, or until time runs out. If neither side reaches 15, the higher elimination total takes the round. If the final totals are tied, the side that made the last elimination wins.
Players and fans can follow the PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams across Rondo, Erangel and Miramar in the main battle royale schedule. Those maps ask teams to handle different terrain, movement and fighting opportunities over the course of their group matches.

Who to watch in Lahore
Hustler Crew will be particularly interesting to Western European viewers. They begin in a tough Group A alongside Bigetron by Vitality, S2G Esports and several regional rivals. In Group B, returning champion 4Thrives faces plenty of teams looking to claim the title.
The PUBG Mobile PMGO 2026 teams list will ultimately narrow from 32 to 16 finalists, with the championship winner earning 150 PMGC points. That places the event inside the wider qualification race for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship in Istanbul later this year.
