Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time launched on 22 October 2026, bringing the Dreamseeker’s new S-rank battlesuit and a free first ten-pull on her featured Supply. Eligible players on the Europe and Americas servers can also claim 600 Crystals in maintenance compensation before the 5 November deadline.
These rewards are claimed in different places. The ten free drops belong to Herrscher of Time Battlesuit Supply, maintenance Crystals arrive through in-game mail, and the Autumn Celebration and Toy House events have their own rewards and requirements. Here is what to collect and how.
Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time free ten-pull
Open the game and go to Supply. Select Herrscher of Time Battlesuit Supply and find the first 10x drop marked free. Check that you’re on the featured battlesuit banner before confirming the pull, since her separate Equipment Supply doesn’t share this free offer.
The first ten drops cost nothing, but they do not guarantee Herrscher of Time. The featured S-rank is guaranteed within 90 drops under the banner’s rules. Those free drops give you ten chances towards that total rather than a voucher to pick any S-rank battlesuit.
Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time also introduces the recommended Key of Mirroring Drive Core and Let Time Be Your Name stigma set. They appear through Equipment Supply and other specified acquisition methods, not automatically as rewards for your ten free featured battlesuit drops.
Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time: 600 Crystals
The official Global maintenance notice covers both Europe and the Americas. Players who had reached Captain Level 9 before Version 9.1 maintenance qualify for 600 Crystals. Sign in and open your in-game mail to claim the compensation, which is separate from the featured supply and other events.
For Europe, the announced 22 October maintenance took place from 05:00 to 11:00 (UTC+1). For the Americas, the schedule was 21 October at 23:00 until 22 October at 05:00 (UTC-5). The region determines which server clock applies to maintenance and notices.
The claim deadline is before 04:00 on 5 November 2026, according to HoYoverse’s Global notice. On the Europe server’s stated UTC+1 time, that corresponds to 03:00 GMT on 5 November in the UK. Players on other servers should use their regional mail expiry and not copy the UK conversion.

Autumn Celebration and Toy House event rewards
Version 9.1, A New Page in Time, includes Autumn Celebration login rewards. The developer confirms Equipment Supply Cards, a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, a Let Time Be Your Name Stigma Option, S-rank choice rewards and Carnival Battlesuit Supply Cards across the named login activities.
The featured event We Meet ♪ A Toy House of Memories offers Lone Planetfarer’s Another Dream’s Captive outfit, Crystals, Source Prisms and the A Fairy Tale of the Years emblem. Those are event rewards, not a guaranteed payout from pulling on the Herrscher of Time banner.
Other Version 9.1 activities include Memories of Silver Sea, Fun on the Sand and Carnival spend bonuses. The spend bonuses require expenditure, so they shouldn’t be listed as free gifts simply because the anniversary-style celebration includes free login rewards.
How does Herrscher of Time fight?
The Dreamseeker’s new battlesuit is S-rank, IMG-type and deals Fire damage. She uses a Drive Core and can record damage dealt by her team. Certain moves consume that recorded amount to deal additional HP loss to enemies. Her equipment options are separate from the banner’s free first ten drops.
Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time is already live on the Europe and Americas servers. The updated story also brings the Part 2 Afterstory The Sea Sings With the Voice of Fire, which has its own Crystals, Source Prisms and additional rewards for participating in the story.
When do the free pulls and maintenance Crystals expire?
The immediate deadline is 5 November for eligible maintenance compensation. HoYoverse’s separate character supply announcement gives 4 December as the end of the initial featured supply; its displayed cut-off time should be checked in-game for your region.
For Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Herrscher of Time, take the free ten-pull from the correct supply, claim any eligible maintenance Crystals before the deadline and then complete the login and Toy House activities for their separate rewards. You won’t need to spend Crystals simply to collect the free featured ten-pull.
