Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing after the October 22–28 event? Start by checking whether the games have actually ended, whether you completed at least one challenge, and whether the claim timer is still active. Clan Games rewards are chosen after the event, even if your clan unlocked all six tiers several days earlier.
Supercell gives players seven days to collect unclaimed rewards, and Magic Item or Treasury capacity can also affect what you can accept. Changing clans during the event can make your points and rewards look confusing, but it does not automatically erase rewards you qualified for with your original clan. Here’s how to identify the cause and what you can still do.
Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing before October 28?
If it is still October 22–28, there is nothing to claim yet. Completing a challenge makes you eligible, and your clan’s combined points unlock tiers, but the reward picker appears after the Clan Games finish. Wait for the event to close, then return to the Strongman’s Caravan and open the claim screen.
The October event has six tiers ending at 50,000 clan points. You normally choose one reward from each unlocked tier and can choose an extra when you personally reached 4,000 points. If your clan did not unlock Tier VI, you will not be able to select a Book of Building from that tier simply because you reached 10,000 individually.
Did you complete at least one challenge?
One reason for Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing is failing the eligibility requirement. Supercell says you must complete at least one challenge. Joining a clan, opening the Caravan, or accepting a task without finishing it is not enough to earn rewards. Check your completed tasks and whether your points were registered with your clan.
If a task should have counted but did not, Supercell recommends waiting a few seconds after starting a challenge before attacking. Switching briefly between villages can allow registration to finish. Also check that you used the correct battle mode and completed the objective within the time limit.
Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing after seven days?
For October, Supercell’s seven-day claim period begins once Clan Games ends on October 28. That puts the loss of unclaimed rewards around November 4; follow the in-game countdown for the exact deadline. If the timer has already expired, the standard reward screen no longer retains your choices.
If Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing occurs after the claim window closes, there is no supported method to restart the old reward selection yourself. Claim rewards promptly once the event ends rather than waiting until the last day to clear inventory or decide which Magic Item to take.
Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing after switching clans?
Starting your first challenge ties you to that clan’s event. You cannot move to another clan and earn a second set of Clan Games rewards that month. However, completing a challenge in the original clan still makes you eligible for the reward tiers it unlocked, even if you later leave or are kicked.
When Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing follows a clan transfer, remember that the Caravan may show the original clan’s rewards or points. If the new clan appears to have more tiers, they do not become yours for this event. Your reward entitlement remains tied to the clan where you completed your original challenge.
Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing with full storage
Gold, Elixir and Dark Elixir rewards go to your Treasury. Magic Items go to the Town Hall’s Magic Item inventory. If your Treasury is near capacity, inspect the claim screen for where the resource will be delivered; if you already hold the allowed amount of a Magic Item, the rewards screen can offer the item’s Gem sell price instead.
You can use an existing potion, book or other Magic Item before taking the reward you prefer. Choose Gems only when you actually want the lower sell value instead of the item. Resource payouts are based on Treasury capacity, so your reward amount can differ from another clanmate even when you’re offered the same tier.
Why is the bonus reward missing at 4,000 points?
The October 2026 Clan Games rules set 4,000 personal points as the extra-choice threshold. First collect one reward from every unlocked tier; then the extra pick becomes available from an eligible tier. You cannot use this bonus to unlock an otherwise locked tier. The full 10,000 personal cap is about contributions to the clan, not an additional higher reward tier.
If you think your score was lower than expected, confirm whether a timed challenge expired without awarding points. The official FAQ also describes temporary task registration delays.
Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing after a UI change?
Supercell explicitly lists one unusual case: the original clan where you participated no longer exists because everyone left it. If this explains Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards missing, there may be no reward pool left to collect. Check the clan identity and the event timer before treating the issue as a current UI bug.
