Aniimo Omega Boss Locations are much easier to understand once you know that Omega encounters are not just stronger Alpha bosses waiting at random map markers. The launch build currently has three Omega bosses: Tuckin in the Mistwoods, Sherro in Echoback Landing and Infergon in the Russet Highlands. Each one is tied to regional story progression, so reaching the right place is only part of the unlock.
The key rule for Aniimo Omega Boss Locations is to finish the Journey quest connected to the boss before assuming the marker is bugged. Current client-based guides identify Binding Oath for Tuckin, Stars and the Knight for Sherro and Warrior for Infergon. Once the relevant quest is complete, you can return to the region and challenge the Omega as a repeatable high-tier encounter.

| Omega boss | Region | Unlock requirement | Useful landmark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Omega Tuckin | The Mistwoods | Complete the Journey quest Binding Oath | Mistwoods forest area |
| Omega Sherro | Echoback Landing | Complete the Journey quest Stars and the Knight | Echoback Landing beach |
| Omega Infergon | Russet Highlands | Complete the Journey quest Warrior | Russet Highlands regional route |
These Aniimo Omega Boss Locations are fixed regional encounters, but an inactive marker can still be correct if the associated Journey quest is unfinished. Do the story gate first, activate nearby Blooms for fast travel, then return with a team built around the Omega’s element and mechanics.
Where to find Omega Tuckin
Omega Tuckin is found in the Mistwoods. Current launch data places the encounter in the forest section of the region and ties its activation to the Journey quest Binding Oath. If you reach the area and cannot start the fight, check Journey progress before waiting for a respawn that will not solve the unlock.
Tuckin is the first of the three Aniimo Omega Boss Locations many players can reasonably prepare for while clearing Breezy Plains progression. Activate the nearest travel points as you explore so you can return without repeating the long forest route every time you want another clear.
Where to find Omega Sherro
Omega Sherro is in Echoback Landing, with current boss data placing the encounter around the beach side of the region. The unlock is the Journey quest Stars and the Knight. Sherro is also tied to progression beyond the boss itself: current evolution data uses an Omega Sherro defeat as one requirement for the Sherro evolution line.
If Sherro is missing from your Aniimo Omega Boss Locations route, verify that the Journey quest is genuinely complete rather than merely active. Finishing the local story gate is what changes the boss from a map destination into an available encounter.
Where to find Omega Infergon
Omega Infergon is located in the Russet Highlands and is unlocked through the Journey quest Warrior. The region also contains Alpha Rookey, so make sure you are following the Omega marker and not stopping at the area’s Alpha encounter when you are specifically farming Infergon.
Infergon is one of the later Aniimo Omega Boss Locations in the launch route. Current evolution information also uses the Omega Infergon victory as a requirement for the Infergon line, which makes the encounter relevant even if you are not farming its chest for materials.
How Omega boss attempts and rewards work
Current launch documentation lists Omega reward claims as costing 50 Primegy and refreshing on a weekly cadence. That makes Aniimo Omega Boss Locations worth planning as a repeat route once each story gate is open. The exact reset timing is not consistently published across current sources, so use the live boss interface for the final countdown rather than planning around an old beta reset time.
The reward pools include progression materials such as Safaris, Windborn Stamps, regional materials, Star Dust, Star Sand and other boss-specific resources. Our Aniimo Boss Drops guide separates the current Alpha and Omega reward pools so you can choose the encounter that actually drops what you need.
Why an Omega boss is not showing up
If one of the Aniimo Omega Boss Locations appears empty or inactive, the first thing to check is its regional Journey quest. Waiting at the marker is not a substitute for Binding Oath, Stars and the Knight or Warrior. Also check that you are on the correct map layer and have progressed far enough into the region to access the route safely.
After the unlock, use the map and nearby Blooms to shorten repeat runs. Our Aniimo fast travel guide explains how to activate Blooms, while All Alpha Aniimo Locations covers the 17 separate Alpha encounters if you are building a full boss-farming circuit.
Alpha vs Omega bosses in Aniimo
The three Aniimo Omega Boss Locations should not be confused with the much larger Alpha roster. Alpha encounters are spread across the open world and can be defeated for their own materials and post-fight catch opportunities. Omega bosses are fewer, are gated by named Journey quests and sit higher in the regional progression structure.
For current announcements and account information, use the official Aniimo website. The easiest way to work through Aniimo Omega Boss Locations is to finish each region’s Journey chain, activate nearby travel points and then farm Tuckin, Sherro and Infergon as separate endgame targets rather than treating them like ordinary roaming Alphas.
