League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes start in Patch 26.21, when Riot adjusts the reset times for rotating items. Patch 26.22 then introduces personalised offers, so you and a friend may see different cosmetics in your shops.
If you’ve been saving Mythic Essence for a particular skin, check the countdown on your own shop before it disappears. The changes affect when you need to check and how useful other players’ rotation screenshots will be.
Will my Mythic Shop look different after Patch 26.22?
Once Patch 26.22 arrives, the items offered in your Mythic Shop may not match somebody else’s. A screenshot of a returning Prestige skin won’t necessarily tell you whether that skin is available on your account. Riot says personalisation could lead to more relevant offers over time, but it hasn’t explained how selections are made. The League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes don’t guarantee offers based on your favourite champions or owned skins.

What Patch 26.21 changes first
First comes the timetable adjustment in Patch 26.21. Riot is bringing the Daily, Weekly and Biweekly rotation times into closer alignment. Watch the countdown on anything you’re considering buying; an old reset-time guide may no longer be accurate. The League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes only become player-specific with Patch 26.22, not 26.21.
What are the Daily, Weekly and Biweekly sections?
Riot’s established layout divides the shop into Featured, Biweekly, Weekly and Daily sections. Featured contains highlighted releases such as new Prestige skins or Nexus Finishers. Biweekly includes returning Prestige, Hextech and seasonal Mythic skins. Weekly is the section for chromas; Daily has accessories such as icons, wards and emotes. The previous shop explanation described 12 Biweekly skins, eight Weekly chromas and four Daily accessories. Those were its published arrangements then, not a guarantee that all slot counts remain fixed after the League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes. The separate timers are visible in the shop itself.
| Section | Offers | General cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Featured | Promoted Prestige skins and finishers | Depends on release |
| Biweekly | Returning Mythic and Prestige skins | Two weeks |
| Weekly | Chromas | One week |
| Daily | Emotes, wards and icons | One day |

Will my friend see different Prestige skins?
Yes, that is the point of personalisation, but Riot hasn’t identified every type of cosmetic affected. It would be premature to say every Featured promotion or Prestige release works differently for each player. Use the official announcement for newly released Featured items, and your own shop for returning offers. The League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes make universal rotation lists less reliable, not every skin announcement irrelevant.
When does the Mythic Shop reset?
The older Mythic Shop explanation named Thursday at 00:00 UTC as a reset reference. Patch 26.21 adjusts the timing of rotating sections, and Riot has not given a replacement exact schedule for every category. Check the timer in your own shop rather than assuming the old Thursday rule still applies. The League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes are especially relevant when an offer is close to expiring.
What should you do with Mythic Essence?
Already see a skin you want? Check its cost and expiry timer before spending or waiting. There is no confirmed way to force a specific skin to appear after personalisation, and Riot hasn’t announced a new Mythic Essence earning bonus with these League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes. The Worlds 2026 pass, Orbs and Hall of Legends rewards use separate systems.
Are Featured skins getting personalised as well?
Riot hasn’t explained exactly how Featured items will be selected in Patch 26.22. That means the League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes are not confirmation that every new Featured release is randomised for each account. Look for Riot’s release announcements and check the actual stock on your client.
Does personalisation guarantee better skins?
Not necessarily. Personalisation gives Riot a way to choose different offers for different players; it does not guarantee rarer skins, better prices or something for your favourite champion. The League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes affect selection, not a promised improvement in every player’s luck.
Can you still use online Mythic Shop calendars?
General category guides can still explain what refreshes daily, weekly or biweekly. After the League of Legends Mythic Shop Changes, however, a list claiming to show every account’s exact rotating skins may be misleading. Your own offers and countdowns are the ones that matter.
