Last Epoch Crimson Lance: How to Get the Polearm Cosmetic

Last Epoch Crimson Lance

Last Epoch Crimson Lance is the Season 5 supporter cosmetic that looks like a Twitch Drop but uses a completely different unlock condition. You do not get the polearm by watching for eight hours. Eleventh Hour Games says you must buy a paid subscription or gift a subscription to a Last Epoch streamer during the campaign.

The most important rule for Last Epoch Crimson Lance is that Prime subscriptions do not count. The subscription must be paid, so using a free Prime sub will not satisfy the Support-A-Creator requirement even though it normally behaves like a channel subscription on Twitch.

To get Last Epoch Crimson Lance, subscribe or gift a paid subscription to an eligible creator streaming Last Epoch during the Season 5 campaign. The supporter promotion runs alongside the October 1 to October 4 Twitch Drops event.

  1. Choose a Last Epoch creator participating during the campaign.
  2. Make sure you are signed into the Twitch account connected to your Last Epoch setup.
  3. Buy a paid channel subscription or gift a paid subscription.
  4. Do not use Prime if your goal is Crimson Lance.
  5. Check Twitch and Last Epoch for the supporter reward after the transaction completes.

Does a Prime subscription count?

No. Eleventh Hour Games explicitly says Prime subscriptions are not eligible for Last Epoch Crimson Lance. If you normally use the free monthly Prime sub, choose a standard paid subscription or gift a subscription instead.

That requirement is easy to miss because the normal Season 5 cosmetics are watch-time drops. Crimson Lance is part of the separate Support-A-Creator promotion, so the game is rewarding a financial subscription rather than viewing time.

Can you earn Crimson Lance by watching longer?

No. Watching beyond the eight-hour Last Epoch Crimson Lance campaign equivalent does not unlock the polearm because Last Epoch Crimson Lance is not part of the normal four-drop ladder. The eight-hour watch track ends with the Fractured Fireball skill cosmetic.

If you want both sets of rewards, complete the normal Twitch viewing milestones and separately make a qualifying paid subscription or gift. Treat them as two parallel promotions even though they run at the same time.

Which streamers are eligible?

Eleventh Hour Games describes Last Epoch Crimson Lance as a way to support your favorite Last Epoch streamer. The announcement does not restrict the normal Drops campaign to a tiny creator list, and the supporter wording is centered on Last Epoch creators during the event.

Before paying, make sure the creator is actively participating in the Last Epoch campaign and that you are using the correct Twitch account. If you are unsure, check the live channel information or ask the creator before purchasing.

Crimson Lance not showing

If Last Epoch Crimson Lance does not appear after a qualifying paid subscription, keep proof of the Twitch transaction and confirm you did not use Prime. Then verify the Twitch account involved is the one tied to your Last Epoch account setup.

Restart the game after the reward is processed and check the cosmetic collection. Because this reward is triggered by a transaction rather than watch-time progress, Twitch’s normal Drops progress bar may not behave like the four Season 5 viewing rewards.

When does the supporter campaign end?

Last Epoch Crimson Lance is tied to the Season 5 Twitch and Support-A-Creator campaign running from October 1 to October 4. Do not assume a subscription purchased after the event window will retroactively grant the polearm.

Last Epoch Crimson Lance is therefore a very specific acquisition: a paid subscription or gifted paid subscription during the campaign, with Prime excluded. If you only want the four normal Season 5 cosmetics, you can get those through watch time without paying for a subscription.

A useful final check is to compare the live menu with the current developer notes before changing accounts, saves or purchases. Live-service and post-launch features can move quickly, and the current build should always take priority over older screenshots or launch-week assumptions.

If something behaves differently on your system, capture the exact message, platform and game version before troubleshooting. That keeps a temporary service problem, an entitlement issue and a genuine gameplay bug from being treated as the same thing.

Avoid destructive fixes first. Reinstalling a large game, unlinking an account or deleting local data can create more work without addressing the real cause. Start with the current patch, a clean restart and the official requirement for the feature you are trying to use.
