Cookie Run Kingdom Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 lets you choose from all five Beast Cookies, making this one of the most important free Cookie choices in the game.

The third part of Dominion of the Beasts arrived with the August 12, 2026 update and brings Mystic Flour Cookie, Burning Spice Cookie, Shadow Milk Cookie, Eternal Sugar Cookie and Silent Salt Cookie together as selectable options. After choosing a Beast, you can work through a series of missions, unlock additional game modes where that Cookie can be used and eventually earn the Part 3 completion rewards.

For most players, however, the important question is simple: which Beast Cookie should you choose?

There is no single answer that fits every account, but Eternal Sugar Cookie is the best all-round choice for most players who do not already own her, while Silent Salt Cookie is an excellent alternative for players particularly interested in competitive teams. If you already own one or both, Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 is a very good opportunity to fill whichever major Beast Cookie is still missing from your roster.

Best Cookie to Choose in Dominion of the Beasts Part 3

The best Cookie Run Kingdom Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 choice will depend on which Beast Cookies you already own.

Beast CookieBest forPriority
Eternal Sugar CookieVersatile teams, support and enemy disruptionVery High
Silent Salt CookieArena, control and damageVery High
Shadow Milk CookieDamage and crowd controlHigh
Mystic Flour CookieHealing, protection and supportHigh
Burning Spice CookieFrontline pressure and damageHigh

If you own none of the five Beast Cookies, Eternal Sugar Cookie is our first recommendation because of how easily she can contribute to a wide range of teams.

Silent Salt Cookie is a very close second and can be the better choice if your priority is Arena or you specifically need another powerful damage and control option.

The most important rule, though, is not to waste the opportunity. If you already own Eternal Sugar and Silent Salt but are missing Shadow Milk, for example, choosing Shadow Milk is generally far more useful than taking another copy of something you already have.

Eternal Sugar Cookie

Eternal Sugar Cookie is the safest Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 choice for players looking for a powerful Cookie that can slot into several different teams.

Rather than functioning purely as a damage dealer, Eternal Sugar combines offensive pressure with useful effects that can disrupt opponents and support the rest of the team. That versatility makes her particularly valuable on accounts that do not already have a large collection of high-rarity Cookies.

She is also an easier recommendation for newer players because you are not choosing a Cookie that only becomes valuable in one highly specific mode or composition.

Choose Eternal Sugar Cookie if:

  • You do not already own her
  • You want the strongest general-purpose option
  • You play a mixture of Arena and PvE content
  • You need a Cookie capable of contributing more than raw damage

For most new or returning accounts, she is the Beast Cookie we would take first.

Silent Salt Cookie

Silent Salt Cookie is another excellent choice and arguably the most tempting alternative to Eternal Sugar.

Silent Salt brings significant damage alongside strong control effects, making him particularly useful when dealing with opposing Cookies that need to be shut down quickly.

He is an Ambush-type Beast Cookie and is designed as a major damage threat rather than a traditional support Cookie. With the correct build, Silent Salt can combine offensive pressure with effects that make life considerably harder for the opposing team.

Choose Silent Salt Cookie if:

  • You already own Eternal Sugar Cookie
  • Arena is one of your main game modes
  • You need another high-end damage dealer
  • You prefer aggressive teams with strong control

If your account already has good healing and support but lacks another major offensive Beast, Silent Salt becomes an especially attractive choice.

Shadow Milk Cookie

Shadow Milk Cookie remains a strong option and should not be overlooked simply because Eternal Sugar and Silent Salt are our first recommendations.

Shadow Milk is a damage-focused Cookie with significant crowd-control potential. His abilities are capable of causing considerable disruption while still providing the offensive output expected from a Beast Cookie.

For accounts that already have strong support Cookies but need more damage, Shadow Milk can make much more sense than choosing another defensive or healing-focused option.

Choose Shadow Milk Cookie if:

  • You already own Eternal Sugar and Silent Salt
  • You need additional damage
  • You want a Cookie with strong control potential
  • Shadow Milk is the major Beast missing from your collection

He is also a perfectly reasonable first choice if you specifically want Shadow Milk for one of your existing teams. Dominion of the Beasts is valuable precisely because you can use it to target the Beast Cookie your account actually needs.

Mystic Flour Cookie

Mystic Flour Cookie fills a very different role from Silent Salt and Shadow Milk.

Rather than concentrating primarily on damage, Mystic Flour provides healing and defensive support. This can make her extremely useful for accounts that have several powerful attackers but struggle to keep them alive.

That also makes comparing Mystic Flour directly with a damage dealer slightly misleading. If your account already has plenty of offensive power, a strong support Cookie may improve your teams more than adding another attacker.

Choose Mystic Flour Cookie if:

  • You need healing and survivability
  • Your existing damage dealers are already strong
  • You are missing a high-rarity support option
  • You already own the higher-priority offensive Beast Cookies

Mystic Flour may not be the automatic first choice for every new account, but she can fill an important gap that another damage dealer simply will not.

Burning Spice Cookie

Burning Spice Cookie is the frontline-focused option among the five Beast Cookies.

He can provide considerable offensive pressure from the front of the team and is useful for players who need a powerful Cookie capable of fighting directly alongside their frontline.

However, the wider Cookie Run Kingdom roster now contains several exceptionally strong frontline options. That makes Burning Spice slightly more dependent on what your account already has than some of the other Beast Cookies.

Choose Burning Spice Cookie if:

  • You need a strong frontline attacker
  • Your backline and support options are already good
  • Burning Spice is one of the last Beast Cookies missing from your account
  • You have a team that specifically benefits from his role

He remains a powerful Cookie, but we would generally prioritise an unowned Eternal Sugar, Silent Salt or Shadow Milk before him unless your roster has a clear frontline weakness.

Should You Choose a Cookie You Already Own?

Usually, no.

Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 gives players access to an unusually valuable selection of high-rarity Cookies, so using that opportunity to unlock a Beast you do not own will normally provide considerably more value than choosing another copy.

A duplicate can still contribute towards upgrading a Beast Cookie, but obtaining an entirely new Beast expands the number of teams you can build and gives you access to another complete Skill kit.

For players who already own all five, the decision changes. In that situation, choose the Cookie you use most frequently or the one whose progression will provide the greatest benefit to your existing teams.

For everyone else, filling a gap in the collection should be the priority.

How Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 Works

After selecting your Beast Cookie, Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 presents a sequence of missions to complete.

Progressing through these missions gradually unlocks additional game modes where you can play with the selected Cookie. Completing the full set of Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 missions also awards the final Profile Background and Badge.

This means the event is more than a simple selection screen. Players are encouraged to use their chosen Beast while progressing through the event and completing its objectives.

Which Beast Cookie Should You Pick?

For a player starting with none of the five, our Cookie Run Kingdom Dominion of the Beasts Part 3 priority is:

  1. Eternal Sugar Cookie
  2. Silent Salt Cookie
  3. Shadow Milk Cookie
  4. Mystic Flour Cookie
  5. Burning Spice Cookie

That order should not override your existing collection.

If you already own the first three but not Mystic Flour, choose Mystic Flour. If Burning Spice is the only Beast missing, choose Burning Spice. Unlocking another Beast Cookie is generally more valuable than blindly following a tier list and taking a duplicate.

For a completely new choice, Eternal Sugar offers the strongest combination of versatility and usefulness across different types of content. Silent Salt is the better alternative for an account that already has strong support and needs more offensive pressure, while Shadow Milk remains another excellent damage-focused option.
