Azur Lane Járnbarðinn is available through the Tempesta event PT shop and limited construction. Yostar’s Japanese notice also reports that she can drop in certain event stages, but its English announcement doesn’t specify which stages offer her.
Construction closes on 5 November 2026 at 06:59 GMT, but the PT shop stays open until 12 November at 06:59 GMT. The catch is that you must earn the necessary PT while the event stages are still available.
How to get Azur Lane Járnbarðinn
For Azur Lane Járnbarðinn, the clearest option is the Tempesta PT exchange shop. Clear event stages, collect enough points for the price shown in your shop, then exchange them for the ship. Yostar confirms she’s available there through the later redemption deadline.
You can also obtain Azur Lane Járnbarðinn from the limited construction pool during the event. She appears alongside the newly added Tempesta characters, but the English notice does not mark her as a rate-up ship. That is different from Merkuriy, Selimiye and Ormrinn Langi, which are explicitly described as rate-up.
Yostar’s English notice does not give an exact exchange price, construction percentage or eligible drop stages. Check the live shop and Construction Info. If you’re trying to farm Járnbarðinn as a stage drop, verify the reward list on your server rather than assuming every stage can drop her.

All dates are in 2026. The shop has a later redemption cutoff, not a longer farming period. Once the event stages close, there’s no confirmed way to keep collecting this event’s normal stage PT.
How to collect PT for the exchange
Open Tempesta and the Corridor of Fog from the event banner and complete its sortie stages. The English Yostar notice identifies event stage clears as a way to earn PT. The Japanese official notice also mentions event daily missions, so check those while the event is live.
For Azur Lane Járnbarðinn, compare the shop price with your current points before the November 5 stage deadline. Yostar’s Japanese notice also describes a once-daily high-reward SP stage, so check whether it’s unlocked on your server alongside normal sorties and daily missions.
If you’re also chasing Riyala Bey, remember that she comes from accumulated PT instead of an exchange. That milestone follows your total earned points, while Járnbarðinn requires a purchase using the points in your balance.
Is Járnbarðinn rate-up in event construction?
No rate-up is confirmed for her in Yostar’s English announcement. The official list puts Azur Lane Járnbarðinn in the event construction pool but marks only Merkuriy, Selimiye and Ormrinn Langi as rate-up.
Her presence in the pool doesn’t establish a precise chance of being built. Check Construction Info in-game for the current figures instead of assuming she has the same odds as the three ships specifically marked rate-up.
Azur Lane Járnbarðinn augment and Fallen Angel Astray skin
Yostar also adds a dedicated augment for Járnbarðinn called Silent Scythe. The announcement names it but doesn’t give enough skill or damage data for a reliable best-equipment guide. Don’t mistake the augment for the method of acquiring the ship.
Her Fallen Angel Astray Dynamic skin is a separate cosmetic. It is included among the outfits you can try with the event’s rental vouchers, which are obtained through a login reward. The voucher or outfit doesn’t unlock the underlying character.
What happens after the exchange closes?
Both confirmed acquisition routes are limited. Yostar hasn’t announced an immediate permanent construction release or a future rerun date, so don’t assume she’ll appear in normal construction once Tempesta ends.
If you want her during this event, get your points before the stage cutoff and finish the exchange before the later shop deadline. You can use construction while it’s available, but the PT shop provides a separate, confirmed route to the ship.
