HyperX is a pretty popular brand in the gaming world, and I thought I would try out their HyperX Fury S Pro gaming mouse pad, to see if it’s anything special. So, is this worth your time?
I did go out and purchase this product for myself, and this review is in no way sponsored by HyperX.
HyperX Fury S Pro Features
The HyperX Fury S Pro is a gaming mouse pad from the creators of the HyperX Cloud Stinger headphones and the Fury DDR4 RGB RAM, as well as so many other gaming products.
Here’s some of the features that the HyperX Fury S Pro brings, in order to give you the best possible gaming experience:
- Seamless, anti-fray stitched edges
- Available surface options tailored for precision or speed
- Natural rubber textured underside
- Four sizes suitable for most play spaces and styles
Here’s what HyperX has to say about the HyperX Fury S Pro:
“HyperX™ FURY S Pro Gaming Mouse Pad has seamlessly stitched anti-fray edges to give you a flat and uniform surface. Whether you prefer speed or precision, the densely woven fabric pad provides a surface that feels smooth to the touch and is optimized for your preference. HyperX FURY S features a soft cloth surface for wrist comfort and a textured natural rubber underside designed to hold fast when the action gets frenetic. FURY S comes in four sizes to fit your set up and can be rolled up for easy portability.”Credit: HyperX
There are several other options in the HyperX Fury S lineup, including HyperX Heroes editions that display your favorite legends such as Shroud, Joel Embiid, and Gordon Hayward.
It may be hard to get your hands on these, however, as they are a limited-run, and may not always be available.
Should you buy it?
The HyperX Fury S Pro is a solid mouse pad for any user. If you’re a player, it works great and the Medium size (360 mm x 300 mm) gives plenty of space to move your mouse without feeling restricted.
If you’re just looking for a mouse pad for your day-to-day computer usage, then the HyperX Fury S Pro is also a great option for that, as it’s not too bulky and it looks clean with any setup.
While there are certainly mouse pads out there that are asking a bit much for what they can offer, with many mouse pads reaching upwards of $60, just because they have some RGB effects, the HyperX Fury S Pro is only $14.99, which is a very easily justifiable price for any mouse pad – gaming or not.

It is important to note that the price does increase with the size of the mouse pad, so the Large will be $19.99 and the X-Large will be $29.99, but there really isn’t a reason to have such a large mouse pad, and if for some reason you do need one that large – you probably aren’t concerned about the extra $10.
