Cringey rapper Razzlekhan accused of stealing $4.5 billion of Bitcoin and I can’t stop watching her music videos

According to recently filed court documents, the Department Of Justice has charged a couple with laundering $4.5 billion worth of Bitcoin that was stolen from the Bitfinex exchange in 2016, and this tale unraveled into something much more amusing.

Ilya Lichtenstein and his wife Heather Morgan have both been charged with Money Laundering Conspiracy and Conspiracy to Defraud the United States following a hack of the cryptocurrency exchange in 2016, with the couple stealing 120,000 Bitcoin.

At the time, the Bitcoin haul was worth approximately $71 million, but since then the price of the virtual currency has skyrocketed and now sits at approximately $4.5 billion at the time of their arrests.

The couple used an elaborate trail of hundreds of different crypto wallets to move around the coins, with the plan to be able to distance the coins from the theft to allow them to spend them without suspicion. In total, approximately 26,000 coins have already been sold, with authorities recovering 94,000 coins, approximately worth $3.6 billion, making it the largest financial recovery in DOJ history.

In a statement, assistant attorney general Kenneth A. Polite Jr said,

“Today, federal law enforcement demonstrates once again that we can follow money through the blockchain, and that we will not allow cryptocurrency to be a safe haven for money laundering or a zone of lawlessness within our financial system. The arrests today show that we will take a firm stand against those who allegedly try to use virtual currencies for criminal purposes.”

But, while this story is incredibly interesting in its own right, wannabe detectives have uncovered some rather amusing “music videos” from Heather Morgan.

Morgan is a wannabe rapper under the name “Razzlekkan”, describing herself as being “like Genghis Khan, but with more pizzazz,” while also noting that she is “a software CEO, a writer, an economist, and a few contradictory other things.”

A music video has been uncovered titled “Rap Anthem for Misfits & Weirdos” which shows Razzlekahn rapping outside of Wallstreet and honestly, it sounds more like a rap that a school teacher with no cool factor would make up to teach kids about brushing their teeth, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Despite the music video being one of the cringiest things I have ever seen on the internet, especially as the video is portraying itself as a serious rap song, I just can’t stop watching and have now found myself flicking through her channel to find more classic tracks, including a song about vacuum cleaners, with the hook being “You suck like a vacuum cleaner, va, va, va, va, va, va, va, vacuum cleaner,” I told you these songs are classics.

If convicted, both Ilya Lichtenstein and Heather Morgan face up to 20 years in prison, and I can’t imagine her cellmates will be requesting to hear a live rendition of these songs.
