Bitboy crypto claims that Atozy negatively impacted his business

Armstrong stated that Erling Mengshoel, an influencer, has negatively impacted his business relationships since Erling accuses him of encouraging cryptocurrency scams and pumping micro-cap coins.

Armstrong isn’t happy about this. The lawsuit filed by Armstrong criticized Atozy’s criticisms in the media and reacted to the words “shady dirtbag” and “dirtbag YouTuber.” According to the suit, Atozy’s video implied that fraudsters paid Armstrong for the purpose of trying to sell Bitcoin to “suckers” who wanted to buy it.

“It’s almost certain that the SEC will get involved since dirtbags like this cannot resist the temptation to make a quick buck and then suck their audience for a little additional money,” said Atozy on the clip.

Armstrong asserts in his lawsuit that the Atozy attack caused a significant negative impact on his business since it led to a decrease in his followers, damaged his reputation, and caused him anxiety. The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages, general and specific damages for defamation, and for the causing of emotional distress.
