As Season 10 Rising heroes continues, we are in for more than a treat with the Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event this March.

Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour are appearing in the wild all over the world, Shiny Meltan returns, and Ditto is going to be appearing at a crazy increased rate.

Let’s take a look below at the Pokemon Go Let’s Go event details, how to encounter a Shiny Meltan, where is Ditto hiding, and of course, the all-important event bonuses.

Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event – the details

Starting Tuesday, March 21, at 10:00 AM Local Time until Wednesday, March 29, at 8:00 PM Local Time, the Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event is an event not to be missed by any trainer.

The event is host to some great bonuses including:

  • Reduced waiting time for opening the Mystery Box
  • 2× Candy for transferring Pokemon
  • Increased chance of finding XXS and XXL Meltan
  • Increased chance of finding Ditto

As well as Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour featuring in the wild globally, it is a great opportunity to add any missing additions to the Pokedex.

Shiny Meltan Returns

For the duration of the Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event, trainers using the Mystery Box, will only have to wait 2 days instead of the usual 3 to activate it.

But not only that, Shiny Meltan is available again!

Ditto Disguises – Including the return of Shiny Ditto!

We all love Ditto! There’s something magical about seeing your Pokemon transform and the exciting ‘Oh?’ appearing on the screen.

To encounter Ditto during the Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event, focus on catching the following Pokemon in the wild:

  • Diglett
  • Grimer
  • Snubbull
  • Corphish
  • Starly
  • Roggenrola
  • Tympole
  • Litleo

Field Research Tasks

Field Research tasks not only add to your achievement badge collection but are also a great way to gain items and Pokemon.

The Pokemon Go Let’s Go event is featuring the following Field Research Tasks:

An Event themed collection challenge will be available to all trainers with the following rewards:

  • Meltan Encounter

To complete the challanege, players must collect a Ditto, Pansear, Pansage and Panpour.

A Special Research is also available to complete. However we do have until June 1st 2023 to claim it.

Catch 10 Pokemon – Reward Poke Ball ×5

Make 10 Curveball Throws – Reward Razz Berry ×5

Power up Pokemon 5 times – Reward 1000 x Stardust

Upon completion, trainers will be rewarded with 1500 XP and a Mankey encounter

Let’s GO! (2/6)

Catch 15 Pokemon – Reward Poke Ball ×10

Make 10 Great Throws – Reward Pinap Berry ×5

Transfer 20 Pokemon – Reward Great Ball ×5

Upon completion, trainers will be rewarded with 2000 XP and a Meditite encounter

Power up Pokémon 10 times – Reward Great Ball ×10

Make 7 Great Throws – Reward Lure Module ×1

Defeat a Team GO Rocket member (Grunt) – Reward Revive ×3

Upon completion, trainers will be rewarded with 2500 XP and a Machoke encounter
