Pokemon Go World Championships 2022 Raids and Event Bonuses

As we enter the Pokemon World Championships, trainers are in store for 5 days of epic gameplay during the Pokemon Go World Championships 2022.
As trainers from across the globe gather in London to compete in battle across the Pokemon games, Niantic has many treats in store for Pokemon Go players, and of course, you guessed it – we will see the arrival of a Pikachu in a new hat!
Let’s look below at the bonuses included during the Pokemon Go World Championships 2022, and the all-important raid information!
Pokemon Go World Championships 2022 – The Raids
The following raids will be taking place during the Pokemon Go World Championships 2022:
- One-Star Raids:
- World Championships 2022 Pikachu
- Galarian Farfetch’d
- Marill
- Barboach
- Timburr
- Scraggy
- Three-Star Raids:
- Primeape
- Lickitung
- Skarmony
- Five-Star Raids:
- Zacian
- Zamazenta
- Mega Raids:
- Mega Slowbro
World Championships Pikachu, Galarian Farfetch’d, Marill, Barboach, Timburr, Lickitung, and Skarmory will also be available to trainers as shiny!
This is only the second time trainers will see Zacian and Zamazenta in five-star raids, making it the perfect opportunity to try and catch one if you didn’t catch one the first time around!

The Event Bonuses
During the Pokemon World Championship, 2022 Trainers can watch the Pokemon GO action via the Pokemon Go Twitch Channel, broadcasting live from August 18 until August 21, 2022.

Trainers will also receive x3 Stardust as rewards from the GO Battle League, as well as the Go battle League, sets increasing from five battles to ten battles, daily, making a total of 50 battles per day.
