Destruction AllStars is Sony’s new arena destruction vehicle game. With the carnage aspect of Destruction Derby and the arena style of Rocket League, this should be a crazy ride when it launches next month.

Meet The Racers

Ahead of the game’s launch, Sony has released a new trailer showcasing all of the different racers that will be playable in the game.

Release Date and Platforms

Destruction AllStars is due to release in February 2021, with the expected release date being February 2nd, but so far this is so far unconfirmed.

The game will be launching exclusively on PlayStation 5, with no plans for a PS4 port.

Free On PS Plus

It has been confirmed that Destruction AllStars will be given away for free to PS Plus users in February.

In a blog post, Sony announced that the upcoming Destruction AllStars will be free to all PS5 members of PS Plus on day 1.

“Hi everyone, we wanted to share a quick update on our plans for Destruction AllStars. We’ve decided to move the game’s release from November 2020 to February 2021, where it will be included for two months in PlayStation Plus at no additional cost.”

With the carnage aspect of Destruction Derby and the arena style of Rocket League, this should be a crazy ride when February’s PS Plus games go live.

This isn’t the first time a game has launched on PS Plus, with Fall Guys, Worms Rumble, and Bugsnax all releasing for free for PS Plus subscribers.

Note: PS Plus subscribers, that don’t own a PS5 yet, can still add the free PS5 game to their library, they just won’t be able to play it until they get a PS5, even if the game is also available on PS4.
