Nintendo x Levis: Pokemon Revealed, Could Zelda Be Coming?

Nintendo and Levis have announced another exciting collaboration; this time, it’s Pokemon that’s getting the Levis treatment! Pokemon fans will be no stranger to clothing collaborations, but this could be one of the most exciting ones yet!
After the success of the Super Mario collection, it seems that Nintendo and Levis are partnering once more to celebrate the Pokemon 25th Anniversary. We only have a glimpse at what’s in store, however, there’s plenty to be excited about!
Earlier today, the official Levi’s Twitter account posted a hint at what the collaboration might contain. You can check it out below:
The image below seems to confirm that the Nintendo x Levis Pokemon collaboration will focus on Gen 1 Pokemon; Mewtwo, Pikachu, and Psyduck are amongst those featured.
However, this doesn’t rule out a wider representation of the more-recent Pokemon generations. Togepi is in there, which could suggest we’ll see a few more of our favourite Pokemon show up…
At the moment, a mysterious ” COMING SOON ” is all we have.
Nintendo x Levis: Future Collaborations?
So, we’ve already seen a Super Mario collaboration with Levis. Now, we’re getting a Pokemon collection? What does this mean for other Nintendo properties?
Well, The Legend of Zelda is also having a significant anniversary in 2021. The series’ 35th Anniversary has seemingly gone under the radar so far with almost no mention from Nintendo.
This doesn’t mean nothing is going to happen though… Fans have been speculating as to what celebrations could look like given The Legend of Zelda is one of the most popular Nintendo franchises aside from Mario and Pokemon.
The Super Mario 3D All-Stars re-release has proven that there’s a market for older Nintendo titles on Nintendo Switch. However, would a Levis collaboration be a good idea?
