Tarsier Studios’ incredible horror puzzle-platformer is all anyone can talk about right now, but is Little Nightmares 2 on Nintendo Switch? Here’s everything you need to know.

Little Nightmares 2 features a brand-new playable character, Mono, who journeys alongside the first game’s protagonist, Six, to survive the horrors of Pale City and uncover what dark secrets lurk below.

Its’ 2.5D platforming gameplay would be perfectly suited to Nintendo’s handheld console, but is Little Nightmares 2 available on the Switch yet?

Little Nightmares 2 On Switch

You’ll be pleased to know that Bandai Namco’s horror adventure puzzle-platformer IS on the Nintendo Switch!

Unlike Little Nightmares, which launched a little over a year later on Nintendo Switch, Little Nightmares 2 was released simultaneously on all major platforms!

It received pretty-solid Metacritic scores across the board with the Nintendo Switch version of Little Nightmares 2 sitting in the middle of the group.

Game Informer even went as far as to give it a 9.25 out of 10, stating:

” This impressive follow-up builds on its predecessor with emotional gut punches and unnerving visuals that stick with you.”

Much like the first title, Little Nightmares 2 forces the player to be tactful in how they approach each scenario with Mono simply being too small and weak to deal with larger foes.

Little Nightmares 2 brings a fantastic degree of stealth and environmental action to the Nintendo Switch in a game you wont soon forget.

The Last Little Nightmare?

Sadly though, this could be the last Little Nightmares title. Not just on the Nintendo Switch, but on everything!

On February 20, 2021, just a week after the launch of Little Nightmares 2, Tarsier Studios announced that they would not continue to make titles for the series.

Despite the fact Bandai Namco still has an interest in continuing this in the future, could this be the end of Little Nightmares? Only time will tell.

Little Nightmares 2 is currently available on all major platforms, with next-gen consoles opened up via backwards compatibility. A PS5 and Xbox Series X|S version is planned, but there is no news of a release date just yet.
