Grid Legends Announced At EA Play Live

During EA’s EA Play Live event, Codemasters announced that a brand new Grid game is in development titled Grid Legends.

As an extension of the TOCA series, the series was rebranded to Grid in 2008 for Race Driver: Grid. The new title will continue to bring high-quality sim racing that Codemasters has been known for since the 1990s.

Players will be able to race in a variety of cars from sports, muscle, F1, rally and many more.

This latest entry looks to be one of the most ambitious titles that we’ve seen from Codemasters, blending elements of many of their existing franchises included the F1 series and Dirt.

Release Date

During the trailer, it was revealed that Grid Legends will be released in 2022, but no official release date was given.

When it comes to the platforms nothing was officially revealed, but we can expect it to come to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
