Ever since their December 29 arrest, Andrew and Tristan Tate has been detained along with Tristan’s PA, Georgiana Naghel and an ex-police officer Luana Radu in a Bucharest jail, with them spending New Year’s Eve in the facility, a far cry from the lavish party they were likely planning.

Following their arrest, a judge denied their request for bail, instead opting to jail them for 30 days. The appeal was set for January 5th, but the judge delayed it until January 10th.

Now, Andrew Tate, Tristan, Georgiana, and Luana are set to attend the appeal in the hopes of being released from custody while the investigation continues.

Tristan Tate appears to be in very good spirits, with the former European Kickboxing Champion smiling as he enters the court.

Andrew can be seen with a more angry expression while holding the Quran in his hand following his recent conversion to Islam. Earlier this week, it was reported that Andrew Tate had been taken to the hospital due to an unspecified health issue, which has been reported by his team to be not serious and routine in nature.

The Tate brother’s court appearance comes just one day after their lawyer sat down for his first interview since the arrest to debunk a lot of the alleged evidence against the brothers.

On the same day, two of the alleged “victims” were interviewed on TV, claiming that the prosecutors called them victims when they never filed any complaints against the brothers, citing that they were free to leave at any point and never had their phones taken away, as well as never being forced to do anything.

This could be a huge blow to prosecutors, and millions are now hoping the brothers will be released from custody.

Andrew Tate rose to unimagined popularity in 2022, becoming the most Googled person at one point, due to his presence on TikTok and his popular online course The Real World, which helps people learn skills to make money online, such as freelancing, copywriting, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
