Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade: Official Synopsis, Character Bios, and More Revealed

Today, Square Enix revealed on their official blog and social media, more details about the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, an enhanced version of Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Here’s everything that was revealed:
What’s New
The new version of Final Fantasy VII Remake will come with a high number of enhancements like improved textures, lighting, and environments.

The game will also have a few new modes:
- A new “Graphics Mode” which will allow players to play the title on 4k HDR, with visual enhancements.
- A new ”Performance Mode” which will prioritize the frame-rate, keeping it at 60fps.
- A new Photo Mode which will offer a wide range of customization options.
A New and Exciting Adventure!
As it was revealed in its announcement trailer, the new version will also count with a new chapter starring everyone’s favorite ninja, Yuffie. The chapter will be available exclusively for the PS5.

”The new episode featuring Yuffie is a brand-new adventure in the world of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE.
Play as Wutai ninja Yuffie Kisaragi as she infiltrates Midgar and conspires with Avalanche HQ to steal the ultimate materia from the Shinra Electric Power Company. Play alongside new characters and enjoy an expanded gameplay experience featuring multiple new combat and gameplay additions. This adventure brings new perspective to the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE story that cannot be missed.”
The episode will come with Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade when brought, but those that make the free update from the PS4 version will need to buy it separately.
It was also revealed that your saved data from the PS4 will carry over to the PS5 version, so no worries, your materia, levels, and weapons are safe.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be released on June 10, 2021, in two versions, Standard and Digital Deluxe. You can pre-order the title here.
