Black Myth: Wukong Receives a New Trailer in Celebration of the Chinese New Year

Today, developer Game Science revealed a new trailer of its upcoming action-adventure Black Myth: Wukong, in celebration of the Year of The Ox, with will begin on February 12th. Watch the trailer below:

Is important to add that the developer’s team made sure to point out that the images shown don’t represent the actual plot of the game.

The history of the game is based on the novel Journey to the West, written by Wu Cheng’en, where players will experience the epic journey of Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King, in his rebellion against heaven.

Black Myth: Wukong was first released to the world last year, causing a big impression on all the gaming community for its amazing graphics and the mechanics shown. You can check out 13 minutes of its gameplay below:

Some of the moves showed in the trailer may be familiar, since thousands of series, manga, anime, and countless other works took inspiration from the character and its myth. The most famous one? The Dragon Ball series, of course.

The title’s release date hasn’t been determined yet.
