Gholdengo is a brand new Ghost and Steel type Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet.

Pokemon Scarlet/Violet takes players to the Paldea region, which is based on Spain and the iconic architecture of its towns and cities.

Pokedex Data

• Type: Ghost/Steel
• Resistances: Fighting, Normal, Poison, Bug, Grass, Ice, Flying, Psychic, Rock, Dragon, Steel, Fairy
• Weaknesses: Fire, Ground, Ghost, Dark
• Scarlet Entry: Its body seems to be made up of 1,000 coins. This Pokémon gets along well with others and is quick to make friends with anybody.
• Violet Entry: It has a sturdy body made up of stacked coins. Gholdengo overwhelms its enemies by firing coin after coin at them in quick succession.

Where to find Gholdengo

Gholdengo can be obtained by evolving Gimmeghoul though collecting 999 coins.

How to evolve Gholdengo

Gimmighoul evolves into Gholdengo when 999 coins are collected. Gholdengo does not evolve further.
