If you’ve been playing Mass Effect LE, you might have used the Photo Mode already. But where is the Mass Effect LE Photo storage location on PC?

Mass Effect LE Photo Mode?

If this is the first you’ve heard about this, then yes, this is a feature added in the Legendary Edition of the Mass Effect Series. For more information on how to access the Photo Mode, you can see another guide by the Click on the topic below.

It comes with a variety of options and can be entered in most if not just about every region in the game. If you’d like to know more about it, make sure to try it for yourself.

Where is the Mass Effect Photo mode file storage Location on PC?

To move to our original topic, fortunately this isn’t a terribly difficult question to answer – it just doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere in the game so you’re left to figure it out yourself or look it up.

Any images you take from the Photo Mode in Mass Effect LE will be saved to the following file path on a Windows PC by default; My Documents > BioWare > Mass Effect Legendary Edition > Screenshots. Once you reach that folder, you should be able to find just about every photo you’ve taken in the game.

It’s a little unusual that Origin doesn’t seem to include any kind of hint as to where these files are saved to anywhere in the games menu inside the client, but Origin has always been at least a little weird.

Is that everything?

That’s just about everything you need to know about where pictures taken in the Photo Mode of Mass Effect LE are stored, yes. If your files aren’t located here then you might need to try taking a picture in game and seeing if that one turns up.

If they still don’t, you might need to look into that as an error if you don’t remember customising any of the game file paths yourself.

In any case, that’ll be all for this piece on Mass Effect. If you’d be interested in more guides from The Click, you can find those here. If you’d like to read more by me, you can find my author page here.
