Genshin Impact: How to solve the Puzzle Domain from Danger All Around

How to solve the Danger All Around Quest puzzle in Genshin Impact 2.7

When you first enter the Puzzle Domain as part of the event quest Danger All Around in Genshin Impact 2.7, there is a lot going on that doesn’t make immediate sense. Fortunately, we’ve got your back with the solution to this one.

The Symbols on the first platform in the domain correspond to symbols on each of the platforms surrounding that one.

Standing on all of the copies of the correct symbol – yes there are multiple on each platform – will trigger that platform to progress. Incorrect symbols will cause you some damage – you can probably brute force the puzzle with healing, but don’t take too much damage because there are fights in here too.

After you find each correct symbol, a small encounter worth of enemies will spawn and attack you, before light beams begin to fire upwards off of the platform you’re standing on. Interact with the two small pillars responsible for these light beams, and then align them with the symbols on the opposing platform.

The symbols you need to match the beams of light up with are always the largest ones. The beams will also only be able to align with one pair of symbols each, so if the puzzle makes no sense to you while trying to rotate the lights with Q and E and move them with WASD, you might have the wrong set of beams for the symbol pair you’re trying to match with.

It sounds a lot more complex than it actually is, it’ll be quite intuitive when you’re at this step.

Repeat these steps for each platform with elemental symbols on them. Find the correct symbol, stand on all copies of it to activate them, win the ensuing fight and then align the light beams. You’ll have to do it four times in total.

After that, you’re pretty much done with the puzzle and need to travel over to the last remaining unused platform, which now has an exit on it.
